Saskia and Tijmen are so lovely and warm hosts. The apartment is nice and quiet and the small garden is fantastic. It's a really nice retreat for two, we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is very clean and everything is available, we could even borrow bicycles for free. With the bicycles, we also went on a tour along the Haarlemmer Meer, to Haarlem and to the coast (all doable). The area is very beautiful, the city of Haarlem is worth seeing and there is plenty to discover along the Haarlemmer Meer. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for a great time

Wonderful peaceful place to stay!

This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

I had a really nice time in Martijn's studio. The beach and the sea are within minutes walking distance and being able to use the sauna in the evening was really great!

Loved our stay! We stayed with our 7 month old son and they had a travel cot all set up when we arrived. Places was spotless and beautiful location. Beautiful surroundings Very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

We had a lovely weekend together with our 2 daughters. We hit it with the weather. We had pleasant contact with Jordy. He responds quickly and in a friendly way. We recommend everyone to book this chalet.

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Just perfect for two people. There is nothing missing and you immediately feel comfortable. The terrace with the sauna is special, you are completely private. If you want to do something, you are well connected everywhere, whether restaurant, bars or supermarket, the location is simply a dream. Maik is always easy to reach, very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time, thank you for everything.

Loek's apartment is on the third and fourth floor of a corner row house - giving tons of natural light and views from two sides of the place. It's uniquely decorated, which gives the apartment a much more interesting feel than most bland apartments. There's construction on the road outside (June 2025) so the canal views aren't as picturesque as I'm sure they normally are. However, there's a steady flow of people going by and we enjoyed watching the city move right below us. Check-in was easy, and he was extra accommodating when members of my family weren't feeling well upon arrival. The location worked well for walking to a number of places in the city and even with lots of stairs to get up to the apartment, it was a great home base to return to after exploring parts of Amsterdam. Overall - a great stay in a memorable apartment.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their hospitality, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Perfect location. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle and still have a small terrace at the back with absolute peace. Everything was well maintained. We were very enthusiastic and Ivar responded immediately to questions. Thank you

We had a great weekend. Very nice location, 2 minutes walk to the station and the beach. Attentive hosts and a well-maintained apartment with everything you need: coffee, tea, cold drinks in the fridge, cookies, sunscreen, shower supplies. Nice beds and a good shower. And perfectly sunny weather too. I would leave in an instant!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the potbelly pig that came to visit us outside for breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor hot tub. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby accessible by car. We are very satisfied and would be happy to recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

We spent a week before Easter at Thildy's and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for a vacation. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped. Communication with Thildy was very good.
