This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Esperienza ottima. Siamo arrivati all una di notte senza nessun problema, Ivan mi ha reso le cose semplici, L alloggio di Ivan è in una buona posizione per spostarsi o per cercare nei dintorni. La casa è pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Ivan sempre positivo alle domande poste e sempre carino! La Croazia è stupenda! Super consigliato

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

If you're planning a trip through Istria and looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat, we can't recommend Elvin and Ivana's place enough. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their hospitality was warm and genuine. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and clearly well cared for. It had everything we needed to settle in comfortably, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is close to several charming small towns and villages, making it a great base for day trips. One culinary gem we found nearby is Anni’s Restaurant in Novigrad—a must-visit for homemade Istrian dishes at a very reasonable price. Trust us: come hungry. All in all, our stay with Elvin and Ivana was a memorable parts of our trip.

L'appartamento è bellissimo e pulitissimo. Cucina attrezzatissima, i letti sono molto comodi. Dotato di ogni confort. Si trova in una zona silenziosa e verde, ma comoda per raggiungere qualunque posto in Istria. Tanja e Darko sono delle persone veramente squisite, molto disponibili e presenti ma discreti. Ci hanno fatto trovare tanti meragliosi omaggi di prodotti del luogo. E' un posto in cui mi piacerebbe davvero tornare e che, comunque, mi resterà nel cuore.

Wir waren mit dem Rad den Alpen Adria Weg (ohne E Motor) unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser charmanten Wohnung. Check in super erklärt, ständiger Kontakt mit der Vermieter möglich mit schnellen Antworten. Super Aussicht, ruhige Umgebung, auch den ruhigen Strand haben wir auf den komfortablen Liegen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet einfach alles! Gleich bei der Anlage gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. War für uns wichtig, da wir am Abend nicht mehr mit dem Rad die steile Straße rauf fahren wollten. Danke für die wunderschönen erholsamen Tage auf diesem schönen Platz. Gerne wieder.

Everything was perfect from start to the end of the booking process. You will find Emi's accommodations to be quite serene and pleasant. But the most surprising feature was the large garden, which will make your stay more enjoyable. Certainly, his home is quiet, nice, and well-equipped with all conveniences, and Edi will assist you in having a very wonderful time during your stay.

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Pool und Garten waren sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

This AirbnB met and far exceeded all expectations. The unit is exactly as advertised with probably the best Terrance views of the sea in Umag, along with a perfect location for shopping, coffee shops and walking. The unit is nicely appointed, very well maintained and very clean. Essential condiments and cold drinks were stocked upon arrival. The hosts, Marisa and Kristjan were very good at addressing any small issues that came up; they are truly 5 Star Super Hosts. This was part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip and our two-week stay at Bluemarine proved to be a most enjoyable highlight. We'll be back!

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Communication with the host Kallirroi was perfect 10/10 !!!very proactive, kind, and super helpful, thank you !

Mit großem Abstand die beste Ferienwohnung die wir kennen! Super Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, ruhig, hell, Sauber, neu eingerichtet und ein perfekter Gastgeber! Tomislav und Lara waren einfach super freundlich, haben binnen Minuten auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und waren extrem hilfsbereit und proaktiv. Solche Gastgeber sind eine extrem rare und tolle Erfahrung! Wir haben uns von allem Anfang an äußerst wohlgefühlt und waren einfach gern hier! Eigentlich müsste man für dieses Erlebnis 6 Sterne von 5 Sternen vergeben. Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt! DANKE 🤩

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is small, but cozy and looks exactly like the pictures. Ivona was a great host, very proactive and friendly. Umag is very beautiful and there is lots to do, also a lot of very beautiful things to do in the area.

Mycket trevligt boende och en bra och vänlig värd. Antun välkomnande oss personligen och berättade lite om huset och sig själv. Boendet är finare i verkligheten än på bilderna. Mycket bra skick. Lägenheten är dessutom utrustad med en ny tvättmaskin som verkligen underlättade vår vistelse.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. Mi hanno fatto trovare in casa pure il latte, l’acqua e tante altre comodità che rendono quell’appartamento un gioiellino. Host gentilissimo, attentissimo e ben disposto ad aiutare. Consigliatissimo al 100%

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
