Vacation rentals with a patio in Petrčane

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit in Diklo! Die Wohnung war gemütlich und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag vom Balkon genossen haben. Kata war sehr warmherzig und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt! Sie spricht super Deutsch und hat uns praktische Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Besonders schön war die Nähe des Meeres, man kann im Dorf überall baden, und die frischen Mandarinen aus dem Garten. Wir können die Unterkunft und Kata als Gastgeberin von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen! :)

I was looking for a getaway and found what I needed at Morana and Robins’ place. For me it was worth it for the sunrises and sunsets. Little things set this place apart though the quietness rather depends on how noisy any neighbours are as other apartments are relatively near. Apartman Holmes has aircon and a fan but because of the doors, fly screens and blinds it is actually relatively easy to keep the place cool; I hardly used the fan and not the aircon at all during my stay though the daytime temperatures were over 30”c. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of space for clothes etc in the fitted wardrobe. Lovely shower (well used by me) and generally the whole place has been thoughtfully arranged to make the best of the space capped off with the wonderful balcony. I’d say a great place for couples to come and unwind though this single enjoyed it immensely too (I’m already working on returning with my wife). There are good eateries around and more are just a short drive away. Great 😀

Anitas Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber zu zweit ist das eher gemütlich als beengend. Auf dem Balkon kann man entspannt einen oder zwei Abende mit einem Wein oder einem Bier verbringen. Die meiste Zeit waren wir mit dem Auto unterwegs, wenn wir uns Zadar und die umliegende Umgebung angesehen haben. Einmal sind wir auch ins Stadtzentrum gelaufen. Der Weg dauert ca. 40min. Insgesamt ist zu sagen, dass die Unterkunft eine sehr gute Lage hat auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr schön bei Anita und sie reagiert immer schnell und hilfreich auf Fragen.

Mieszkanie Antoniji bylo wyjatkowe! Mimo, ze trafilismy na zmienna pogode(jak w calej Europie tego maja) to dzieki basenowi z podgrzewana wode nie moglismy narzekac:) Mozna skorzystac z aplikacji na smart tv. Okolica spokojna, rano kawa w Pubie Spar i rogalik z marketu Tommy. Uberem w 7 minut na Stare Miasto za 4euro. Spacerem do plazy jakies 10minut;) Polecamy i na pewno skorzystamy w przyszlosci!

Najlepsze Nasze doświadczenie na airbnb. Powiedzieć, że Tomislav to dobry gospodarz to jak nic nie powiedzieć! Tomislav zawsze służy pomocą, wychodzi na przeciw wszystkim oczekiwaniom gości a nawet je przekracza. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu bardzo późno z małym dzieckiem, Tomislav sam zaproponował Nam transport z lotniska a nawet ku Naszemu zaskoczeniu "zapełnił" lodówkę w apartamencie. Zawsze był blisko gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy, pomógł mężowi wynająć auto, poczęstował rakiją, domową oliwą, udzielał wskazówek, wydłużył czas wymeldowania a przede wszystkim poświęcał swój prywatny czas by Nasz pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Sam apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy z widokiem na morze. Wszystko jest nowe, zadbane i nieskazitelnie czyste. Dodatkowym atutem jest wspaniały taras ze stołem śniadaniowym, wypoczynkiem a nawet leżakami. Warto dodać, że na parterze budynku można skorzystać bezpłatnie z pralki, co w wypadku rodzin z dziećmi jest naprawdę dużym udogodnieniem. Na pewno wrócimy

Nada and her husband are so sweet and kind. They met us outside of the building and took us to the garage for parking, then showed us around the apartment even offered to give us a ride downtown. Apartment is spacious and super clean. Has a cute balcony. 20 mins walk to the old town, pretty enjoyable walk. Nada and her husband are thoughtful, prepared us complimentary water, sparkling water , juice and some coffee. The neighbourhood are all residential buildings, so very quiet. Check out process is also super smooth, they were very punctual. Waited us at the garage and opened the garage door for us. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend !

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden hier und sehr zufrieden. Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-out waren einfach und Andrej war immer schnell erreichbar. Danke, für den schönen Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jedesmal schnell auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen geantwortet haben. Kleine oder auch etwas größere Supermärkte sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso befinden sich auch Restaurants nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Umgebung stets ruhig und man kann den Urlaub problemlos genießen. All in all gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit in der Villa! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Alles war top gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Ein großes Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber – ein echter Superhost! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Villa und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besser hätten wir unseren Kroatienurlaub nicht verbringen können. Gerne wieder!

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

Andrej ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben und ist gut zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Mooi ingericht appartement met schitterend dakterras met jacuzzi, ligzetels én zicht op de zee! Een echt pareltje! We kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden... Nin en omgeving zijn absoluut de moeite waard om te verkennen. Pittoresk centrum van Nin ligt op wandelafstand. We hopen zeker hier nog eens terug te kunnen komen!

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Lo agradecí muchisimo! Yo soy alergica ❤️ (gracias por tenernos en cuenta)

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!
