I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Renovated apartment in excellent condition that perfectly matches what we were looking for to spend a night, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Easy parking in front of the accommodation and several cafes a three-minute walk away. Kostas was a fantastic host who welcomed us very late at night despite the delay of our flight. He was always reachable and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much to him.

Everything at Maria’s place was exactly like in the description! The apartment had everything you need! The apartment is located close to everything, walkable to all the shopping and food places and very close to the train station! Maria was very responsive and checked with us if anything was needed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Love our stay here! It is walking distance to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Apartment is super clean and functional - just like the photos. Would definitely recommend!

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the apartment and contact with Jenny, the manager, was perfect. The apartment was new, we were one of the first guests and therefore nothing was worn or used. The topper of the bed was a little too hard for me and I got an extra topper the very next day. Every two days a cleaner came and changed the linens and towels. I didn't expect that in advance. That was very pleasant. The roof terrace was overwhelmingly large, you can see the sea and the hot tub was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old daughter. The nearby large playground was also very pleasant for us. There is a long shopping street in the surrounding area, with Lidl at one end and a huge supermarket at the other end. Only 200 m away is a very good souvlaki/kalamaki/gyros restaurant and at the lower end of the shopping street is a restaurant that is only open during the day and sells all Greek classics.

The apartment is very cosy, looks even better in real life than in photos. Kitchen is rather narrow if you're into cooking, but for us it was not a problem at all. We were absolutely happy with the location. As to cafes on the street - no noizes troubled us, since we heard only the conditioner sleeping with the windows closed.

We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay again if I returned. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay. We left very early so we couldn't have breakfast at the place but Alexander offered us a tasty breakfast to go.
