Place was as described, clean. I would advise being careful with parking, there is street parking but it is generally limited to 2 or 3 hours! Checkout process was smooth and Matt was very responsive.

Location! Comfort! Design! Communication! Very comfortable bed and sitting area. Lots of light. Very nice shower. The area is safe and has great parking. There’s a fun little convenience store with restaurant close by, other nice food places and shops too. My husband and I have stayed here twice and this will be our first choice in the future.

Great spot for a weekend trip to Richmond!

My family and I had a great time at Russel's place. It's in a beautiful old building on a quaint part of Franklin Ave. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and as described when we arrived. Parking is at the end of the block, but there is a reserved space always waiting for you. We felt safe and walked quite a bit once we were settled in. It's on the edge of the VCU campus, so plenty of police patrols which added to the feeling of safety in the area. Responses from the owner were quick and helpful as well. We will definitely come back here again!

As someone who has spent a lot of time in Richmond- this is a perfect location! So many places within walking distance and most things are less than a 10 minute drive away. Spacious and comfortable and cozy!

I stayed here for a weekend trip with my dog. The location was convenient to the places I went to in the city and it was a nice residential neighborhood to walk the dog in. The storefront style of the place was a little odd but overall, it served our needs! The hosts were clear in their instructions and good with communication.

Damon’s place was so perfect for our family! It’s such a cute place and had everything that we needed! It’s close to so many things and was spacious! We travel to the area for baseball and will definitely be staying again!

This Airbnb is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at we lost power due to a storm that passed through and Caroline the host was super responsive and helpful through the whole process we were able to spend time in Richmond and sight see around Hopewell I would recommend the boathouse restaurant and then the city point boardwalk. I would definitely visit again!!

Beautiful, cozy, and modern feeling home tucked away. Chelsea knows how to make a home. Had a great stay and would likely return in the future.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

We had a great stay—the backyard is beautiful and peaceful; the pool resort-quality and refreshing; kitchen well-equipped for preparing chef-quality meals; house full of interesting reads, artwork, and games. Everyone from 9 to 92 enjoyed the house. We also explored the neighborhood and found it close to all sorts of interesting places right out the front door. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Richmond.

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

This is a fantastic property for those who love the outdoors and want peace. Perfect for kids who like the outdoors. It was a lot of fun using the kayaks and boat dock for fishing on the James River. (Channel Cat, largemouth bass, white perch and bluegill were caught). Janet was proactive with her communication. We hope to return.

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Mark is quick to respond and took care of anything we had come up on our visit to Richmond. The location is close to all major attractions and restaurants, but also a quite a family friendly neighborhood. Parking could get tight if parking lot was full, but still doable in a sedan. Highly recommend Mark’s AirBnB!

Everything was as advertised. The parking spaces were clutch. Had a very comfortable stay. Steps are a bit narrow and steep, if you have mobility issues.

My wife and I come to Richmond a few times a year and we have stayed at Suzy's place twice. It's in a great neighborhood and has off-street parking. The only reservations we have are that the sheets and comforter are polyester, so bring our own cotton ones; and the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils and cookware. That might not be an issue for others, but we like to cook some meals ourselves instead of always going out. Other than that, we will continue to stay here when we visit Richmond.

This was a fantastic space to stay, in a great part of the city. Mark and his team were very responsive and awesome hosts. I have rented a lot of places on Airbnb and Mark's place is one of the best.
