Vacation rentals with a patio in Peso da Régua

What an amazing place! Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the communication with the host, the small touches in the apartment on our arrival, the magnificent view, the pool, the comfortable rooms, the cleanliness of the place, the wine, and especially the generosity of the hosts who showed us the facilities where they produce their wines. We had a vacation that exceeded our expectations and we couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you so much!

What can we say.. We spent a glorious, relaxed week here at the end of August, a truly special place a beautifully renovated original stone house with high ceilings and original features. Paul was a generous, friendly and knowledgeable host, and the views are spectacular. Apartment 3 was a good size for our family of 5 (kids 17, 14, 11) comfy beds, en suites for each bedroom and a stunning balcony. The pool was an extra treat, beautiful, and again with panoramic views across the valley. Oh, and the WiFi was speedy too. Brace yourself for the drive, it gets easier and it’s 100% worth it! Would happily and heartily recommend ❤️

We were seduced by this exotic, quiet and beautiful place! From the accommodation to the outdoor facilities, everything was great! our 11 and 6 year old children also enjoyed the place. Great hospitality from the host, we already know in advance that we will be back!!

Truly loved our stay at Paulo's place. Beautiful views of vinyards and hillsides with birds chirping in the trees. Paulo was friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to go and where to eat. Lovely restaurant located downstairs. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit the Douro region. Train to Porto stops nearby at Aregos but don't let the short distance on the map deceive you. It's very hilly terrain and not walkable.

I'll write the review in English so it can reach everyone, as well as some tips for your stay. The apartment was in excellent condition, very well decorated and clean. The TV supports Youtube and Netflix. The hosts are super nice, the area is calm, perfect for night walks. As for my tips: Restaurants in the area are cheap and serve good food. If you plan on going to Stop, a medium dose of beef does feed 2 people for only 10€. Do note that the nearest supermarket is a 30min walk from the apartment, so if you're not bringing a car make sure to stock up on your first day!

Miguel’s place was perfectly as described. Great location, a little outside the very centre of Porto but great transport links and plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops close by. The apartment is so stylish, well decorated and comfortable to settle into. Would definitely stay again if I visit Porto in the future

We've had an amazing 4 days here. It's just a perfect location and we felt at home here. The pool, the view, the garden with grill - everything was just perfect. The only 'negative' things, if you can call them negative, is that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms, and that the parking is a bit tight for a large car. We can fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway in a beautiful location.

The property was beautiful. We arrived early and they rushed to clean everything. We were offered the property with the jacuzzi, and there were all the necessary amenities for our baby: high chair, toys, bed… the jacuzzi in front of the large windows was an unforgettable experience. Central location for exploring the Douro. All our needs were met, we were offered port and local fruits. It is obvious that these people care about the well-being of their guests, we recommend it without hesitation.

Mario and Cila’s home was one of the most beautiful I have stayed out. The house was an old olive oil mill, converted into a modern paradise. They thoughtfully incorporated the property’s history into the renovation. The home is beautiful but the grounds are next level! There is a running stream running along side and under the house with lush grounds and a wonderful pool. There is also a walking path to a little park with a waterfall! Super peaceful property. If you are looking for a getaway, look no further! Mario and Cila are super kind, gracious hosts! They welcomed us themselves and proactively provided tips and recommendations. Super appreciative of their hospitality.

We really enjoyed the house & the river. We enjoyed a bottle of wine & the local spirits. We took the train from Mosteiro to Pinhao which was beautiful & enjoyed a picnic in the hills above Loivos. Didn’t try the restaurants I’m afraid Rachel

What an incredible place! We had an amazing few days at Casa da Bouça. It was so peaceful sitting and watching the river and the occasional boats that would float along. The pool overlooking the river was also an added bonus! The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds very comfortable. Porto is an easy day trip from the villa and there is a local shop about a 5 minute drive away or bigger supermarket within about 15 minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa da Bouça to anyone visiting this region of Portugal.

Excellent, clean, and modern apartment! It had everything one could need, including a stocked kitchen with great coffee, a nice shower, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the place overall was peaceful, which made it easy to rest. Parking was easily accessible at a nearby garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a perfect stay. Maria Inés was always attentive, she was very kind. It remains a bit of a retreat from the city center but easy access with public transport approximately 30 minutes from downtown; it is a perfect quiet area to rest. The facilities are clean, with good equipment. I would definitely come back.

Accommodation was excellent!!! Sparkling clean and luxuriously equipped. I felt very pampered and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone. My hosts were very patient and extremely friendly even though I arrived much later than planned.

We had a wonderful (but too short) stay and Antonio was an amazing and very thorough and thoughtful host with a tonne of local info. He arranged a private driver/tour for us in the Duoro Valley and we had the best day ever!! I want to come back. Thanks for everything

We loved our stay at Elisabete’s place . She and her husband are good people . Elisabete also arranged for a late night taxi back to the airport . The apartment is spotless , clean and is located perfectly for the ones without a car . There was good heating and air conditioning . The location is exceptional and the best in the area for the ones without a car . There are two huge supermarkets ( Continente and Lidl ) within immediate vicinity . Also there are lovely restaurants within walking distance . Burger King is 5 mins walk away . Public transport ( Bus ) is a 15 min walk away . And the lovely picturesque town of Amarante is 15 mins walk away . Our three little kids enjoyed their walk to the centre of Amarante . We used public transport to get to Guimaraes, Porto and the train station . On days when we wanted to stay at home , we simply enjoyed the unobstructed view from the balcony with a glass of a cool drink . We have stayed in many Air bnbs but this is the best so far .
