Vacation rentals with a patio in Pescia

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Si respira un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità che è sempre più rara da trovare. Maurizio è un ospite eccezionale: caloroso, disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi sulla zona, i ristoranti e le bellezze meno turistiche di Lucca e dintorni. La sua passione per il podere e l’ospitalità traspare in ogni gesto, facendoci sentire più amici che ospiti. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chi cerca un luogo autentico dove rigenerarsi, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dalle meraviglie della Toscana. Torneremo sicuramente!

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Vittoria. Una splendida vista su Firenze, perfetta per bere un bicchiere di Vino con di fronte la Cupola del Brunelleschi, l’appartamento era pulito, curato e come descrizione. Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ein absoluter Traum in der Toskana! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Pieve di Compito war einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht – von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und einem herrlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch ideal, um Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder an die Küste zu machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Natur: Morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel, abends ein Glas Wein mit Blick auf die Hügel – pure Entspannung! Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – dieses Haus ist ein kleines Paradies!

Die Unterkunft von Mariarita ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück! Die Einrichtung ist bis ins Detail liebevoll, hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Außerdem war alles außerordentlich sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Freisitz und der wunderschöne Garten (der übrigens auch auffallend gut gepflegt ist). Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und kamen so in 40 min stressfrei nach Lucca. Mariarita und ihr Mann sind wunderbar liebe und freundliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Jonny heeft een prachtig appartement, met een schitterend terras. Het huis is heel sfeervol met veel kunst en planten. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is ruim en voor vier personen was het heerlijk. Als je gastvrij wil worden ontvangen op een heerlijke plek in Florence ben je hier op het juiste adres.

This place was super cute…. Perfect for the few days we were in Pisa. Close to everything you need. I would especially recommend the restaurant across the road if you want to stay in but don’t want to cook.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
