This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is part of a villa surrounded by greenery in a quiet location a few minutes from the center of the village and the ski lifts. It has a separate entrance on the basement with veranda and direct access to the condominium garden. The apartment has no stairs. CLEANLINESS COSTS: €100 per week HEATING: In winter, heating is included in the price and will be active at the following times: Morning: 6:00 am - 9:30 am Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Consisting of two bedrooms with double beds (one standard and one French), a large living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private front garden. The house is located in a residential area surrounded by greenery and is only a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the center of Pescasseroli and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes.
