Waterfront vacation rentals in Pescara

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Die Wohnung von Marco ist vorbildlich. Sie ist in einem tadellosen Zustand sehr sauber und alles neuwertig. Nur wenige Meter vom Meer weg und einem kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Marco hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und in der Wohnung war Wasser, frisches Obst und Wein. Marco ist sehr freundlich gab uns Tipps und Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt. Es waren sogar Fahrräder zum Benutzen da. Da das Wetter in unserer Woche (Mitte September) nicht zum Baden geeignet war, es regnerisch und windig bot er uns sogar an länger zu bleiben, weil das Wetter schöner wurde. Wenn wir wieder in den Abruzzen Urlaub machen, dann bestimmt bei Marco. Einfach top! Danke an Marco, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Esperienza molto molto gradevole! Alfredo disponibilissimo sia pre che post prenotazione. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e necessità! Uno dei pochi host che accetta cani e al tempo stesso appartamento accessibile facilmente per persone invalide. Posizione eccellente! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio un weekend...casa molto curata e pulita con tutti i servizi necessari ,sembrava di essere a casa! Situata in pieno centro con tutti i servizi a portata di mano e il mare a pochi minuti a piedi! Fabio è stato gentilissimo e molto flessibile negli orari.. è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre richieste ! Super consigliato

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Emanueles Bruder, Federico herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung und gab uns alle nötigen Informationen. Die Wohnung war "blitzblank" und sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Kurz gesagt: Eine tolle Unterkunft, an welcher es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Im "Hof", oder im Aussenbereich konnte sich unser Hund nach der langen Fahrt wieder frei bewegen und wir uns gemütlich entspannen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Meer und vielen Restaurants. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und danken Emanuele und seinen zwei Brüdern für die Gastfreundschaft.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Casa praticamente sul mare,si apre il cancelletto e ci si trova sulla via verde dei trabocchi.Pulita e spaziosa all'interno e con un ampio giardino all'esterno,in una zona molto tranquilla.Paride è stato molto gentile e disponibile,ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è stato anche premuroso nel farci trovare al nostro arrivo dei biscottini fatti in casa, del caffè e dell'acqua.Non è così scontato! Inoltre Paride è stato elastico sia per il check in che per il check out,agevolandoci il soggiorno . Consigliatissimo!

Апартаменти Роберти виявилися кращими, ніж на фото. Просторні чисті кімнати, ортопедичні матраци, м'які подушки, чиста коттонова білизна і полотенці. Для чоловіка було місце, де він працював онлайн. До моря 5 хвилин ходьби. До магазину 135 метрів, а до перукарні 30м. Поряд наш улюблений ресторан Azzuro, куди ми ходимо вже 3й рік. Роберта- мила, красива, доброзичлива. На всі питання відповідає люб'язно і негайно. Рекомендую. Ми обов'язково повернемося.

Wir, vier Mädels, waren vor kurzem für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Diese ist etwas weg vom Schuss (20 Minuten Fußweg von der Stadt/Dorf) aber für uns war es völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten etwas Ruhe nötig. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert. Fabrizio hat auf uns bereits gewartet und die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage, direkt am Strand. Wir haben ganz besonders jeden morgen die Terrasse genossen. Hinzu kommt der private Strand. Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. TOP!!!! Die Räumlichkeiten sind für vier Erwachsene etwas beschränkt. Wir hatten nicht immer ein gutes Wetter, so dass man sich nicht gut verteilen konnte. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Garten ist schön aber zu viel Krempel, was hier und da liegt. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Fabrizio!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und alles war da, was man brauchte. Dir Lage ist optimal, direkt in der Stadt und alles gut zu fuß erreichbar… Der stand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet… immer wieder gerne !

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

bellissimo alloggio, pulito e completo di tutto (lavatrice e lavastoviglie compresi) L'appartamento è in ottima posizione rispetto al mare. L'unico neo la ferrovia molto vicino comunque con il climatizzatore, si può dormire con le finestre chiuse ed il problema è risolto. Ottima sistemazione

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

Gracias Edoardo por hacernos sentir tan cómodos. El alojamiento está equipado con todo lo necesario y un poco más. Muy amplio, limpio y ordenado. A 70 mts de la playa y a 500 mts del centro comercial. La zona es muy segura y hermosa para caminar. Valió la pena reservarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour chez Fabrizio, ce dernier a été très accueillant et réactif dans la conversation, la situation de l'appartement est parfaite (centre ville mais sans nuisance sonore, plage et supermarché très proche), nous reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion, nous recommandons !

Die Unterkunft ist im Herzen von Francavilla al mare. An der Sirena, dies ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt dieser am Meer entlanggezogenen Stadt. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt(weicher Sandstrand). Über eine Unterführung (unter den Bahngleisen) gelangt man bequem zum Strand, der Weltbesten Eisdiele "Tennisbar dal Professore" und zu div. Restaurants. Auf Seite der Unterkunft, befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (es empfiehlt sich das Auto zu nehmen) Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Eckhaus, hochpaterre. Im Großzügigen Eingangsbereich befindet sich die kleine Küche offen zum Wohn- Esszimmer, schön hell und geräumig. Zwei Schlafzimmer gehen rechts davon ab und das Bad links. Von den Schlafzimmerfenster kann man das Meer sehen. Alle Räume habe Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist sauber,ordentlich,geräumig, zentral.Kleine "Helfer"wie Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm und Besen erleichtern die Organisation nach einem schönen Strandtag. Wir danken Elisa für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Le couple est très très réactif. Une communication incroyable, rapide , précis , génial ! Nous avons pu récupéré le logement déjà le matin à 9h donc vraiment très très pratique. Le Logement est super , la mer est juste à côté ! L’emplacement est super , l’immeuble est bien propre. J’ai rien à dire concernant le logement c’était super

Casa molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort in un contesto signorile con posto auto interno, posizione fantastica occorre semplicemente attraversare la strada per andare al mare o per raggiungere la pista ciclabile ed essendo ubicata nella centrale Piazza S.Alfonso si trovano tutti i tipi di attività e servizi oltre ai vari eventi che vengono svolti nella suddetta piazza, volendo si può non utilizzare la macchina per tutta la permanenza. La consiglio vivamente anche a famiglie con figli per la praticità e la tranquillità del posto. Il Sig. Michele persona simpatica e disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni all'arrivo ed è rimasto a disposizione anche durante la permanenza. Esperienza da ripetere.
