The guest house (house annex) will be rented, featuring a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites). There is another house on the property, but it is isolated by a wall (I live in the other house, but I am available to assist). The rented space offers privacy, with a 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and barbecue area. The house is located in the third block of Peruíbe Beach (approx. 600 meters from the beach). Keep the sound at low volume (AMBIENT), we do not allow excesses.

Cozy apartment on the beach of dreams

BEWARE OF SCAMS!!! I only rent this property via Airbnb, do not rent with anyone outside the app! Never Cozy apartment with air-conditioning, sleeps 4 people, complete!! With everything !!! On the 11th floor playroom, ...4 elevators, covered parking space in front of Praia dos Sonhos, where the fireworks display takes place at the end of the year, and very close to the downtown waterfront. Ps: The view photo is from the overlook behind the apartment. Check in 3:00 p.m. Check-out at 11:00 a.m.

House 3 blocks from Cibratel I beach. Simple but very cozy house. It has several cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a ceiling fan, a stove, 1 bunk bed and a double bed. Great backyard. Pets are welcome The entire house is walled and the gate is closed. Garage for 1 car. The place is very quiet and has a private 24-hour security guard. 350 mb Wi-Fi. Bed and bath linens not included. Spacious house with great location: 2 min from the beach, 1 min of the bakery, 5 min of the market. Garage for 3 cars with electric car charger. Pool and Jacuzzi Cover - Ocean and Mountain View. BBQ grill and complete gourmet space. 3 bedrooms: two suites and a double bedroom with a mezzanine for a couple at the top of the chalezinho style. Air conditioning in all rooms, good ventilation and differentiated lighting in all environments. Complete game room.

Casa do Carlos in Peruíbe.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
