My mom & I took a girls trip to Stratford & found Brendan’s place to be the perfect spot for a few nights away. Check in/out was easy. Brendan was quick to answer any questions before & during our stay. The apartment itself was cozy & clean, and exactly as shown in pictures. The bed was very comfortable & spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals while away, hot plate, pots etc. It was very quiet at night. A very peaceful experience. It’s a lovely little space. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Stratford!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay during the festival season, this spacious studio is in a prime location. The hosts were amazing, very helpful and responsive. The studio was spacious and worked well for my long term stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge. As a tourist the location would be amazing, easily walking to anything. I was here for business a liked being able to cook my own meals. Bottom line: I would stay again.

A beautiful spotless Airbnb with all the amenities in a great location, what more could you ask for. Brendan is a great host, responsive, attentive, friendly and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend and will return in the near future. I loved that the location was walkable to the Patterson Theatre and restaurants. Stratford is a beautiful place.

This is a really sweet place to stay! The location's great, in a tree-lined heritage area and easy to walk to anything from here. There's even a little bakery a few doors down to grab croissants or muffins for breakfast. The little front porch is perfect and feels pretty private. Inside, the decor is impeccable and everything is thoughtfully presented and outfitted. It's cozy & beautiful with a huge tv. You might hear some footsteps and noise transference from other units. We've stayed in a couple of Brendan's units and it's always been a great experience.

Extremely straightforward, great for a short stay, location is perfect in the core of Stratford.

Beautiful stay in Stratford! We had a great time :) this apartment was amazing! Beautifully decorated, stocked and clean. Excellent location, located in the heart of Stratford. Walked to dinner, coffee shop or bakery for morning. We loved it so much we tried to extend (will book longer next time!). We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay! 10/10

Impeccably maintained property with dedicated parking. Spotless and welcoming throughout, featuring an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The home felt airy and bright, with charming peek-a-boo views of the town river. A special touch—Bob greeted us with a fresh peony on our first day, which we enjoyed all week long.

Such a great place to stay for a Stratford getaway! Very accessible to entire downtown area, cozy bed, clear instructions. Enjoyed going to the cafe inside the building as well!

From arrival to departure our stay was 5 ⭐️ 3 ladies on an annual weekend away, and all wished we could stay longer and take all the decor home ! (Which we kinda did - as the unit is decorated using locally sourced merchants ) It is like staying at your besties house for the weekend. Christie has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Perfect location and she is very helpful and attentive. All 3 guests would return to see more of Stratford and surrounding area. Worth every $

Our trip had to be cancelled midway through due to an emergency situation at the restaurant beneath the unit, and Dominique was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to us throughout it all. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and in such a perfect little spot-- lots to do and see within a few minutes walk. Thank you so much Dominique, for everything ❤️

Neil and Carolyn are excellent hosts. The Cozy Loft is even better than the description. It is beautifully furnished with attention to all the details that make it a 5 star. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The Cozy Loft is our go to accommodation for all our visits to Stratford.

What a fantastic stay! This Airbnb was incredibly easy to find, and free parking right on site was a rare and much-appreciated bonus. Check-in was a breeze and completely hassle-free. The place itself was spotlessly clean – truly extra clean! The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were perfectly sized. We also loved the clean and comfortable bathroom. The kitchen and living room were not only spacious but also incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The endless amenities and thoughtful little treats left for us made us feel so welcome. Our host was outstanding – so flexible, responsive, and genuinely caring. The location couldn't have been better, with restaurants, tourist attractions, shops, and even the LCBO all within easy reach. We would highly, highly recommend this Airbnb!

The suite was very comfortable and nice to find a small suite with 4 beds. Included parking was a great asset in a busy tourist town. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance. It is above a business on the main shopping street but still very quiet. We forgot a couple of things and Serena promptly messaged us and left them in a convenient spot so we could get them while still in town. We had a tiny hiccup when we tried to unlock the door when we first arrived and Serena had it resolved in 2 minutes. Very responsive. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Stratford.

Sally's place felt like home. We checked in with the fridge full of stuff; unfortunately our schedule is very tight and couldn't have cooked breakfast with the eggs and bread and butter/jam provided!! There are also milk and juice and fruits!! We would definitely come back again!! Sally also prepared muffin before we check out as our breakfast or something we could nibble in the car. Thank you Sally and definitely would recommend this place : )

We had a lovely stay at The Heron’s Nest. Gerry & Patty were thoughtful and helpful hosts that made us feel right at home. Our suite was the perfect place for us to call home while visiting for a wedding, with a beautiful view of the river, comfortable amenities and easy access to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heron’s Nest.

This is a great place to stay for couples or families with kids! We visited with our young kids and parents. The apartment is nicely laid out as the bedrooms don’t share a wall so it’s private. The front bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, nice for privacy for the parents. The host is quick to respond to any questions. It’s lovely to have milk, juice and bread and eggs etc waiting for you in the fridge on arrival after a long day travelling. The location is top notch- walk to the downtown core in 5 minutes and so close to the theatres. Parks just around the block for the kids. The photos of the unit are sparse - the apartment is on the second floor of the house, and the stairs shown are part of the private unit. There are two private small decks, one with a patio table and chairs. Great value, very clean and highly recommended.

Perfect location and amenities for a quick stay in Stratford!

This is our second year at The Happy House and now we are regulars. Five bedrooms for five women is just perfect as well as both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. This place is perfect for us. Thank you!
