Located about 5 miles north of Roxboro NC, 30 minutes north of Durham NC, 45 minutes away from Danville VA that has a Casino, 30 minutes away from South Boston VA, 30 minutes from Clarksville VA, 40 minutes from Boydton VA. Very good central location for work or just spending time with the family at the lake. The house is also located close to some of the NC game lands accessible by boat!
