Great location and property

The place is simply sumptuous: quiet, peaceful and conducive to rest. The host is incredibly kind, with his heart on his sleeve. His parents were having a barbecue not far from the house, and even came to bring us food! They are lovely people. I recommend this address without a second thought. Thank you again so much for this wonderful time!

Stayed 2 nights to go from Finiq towards Blue Eye and Sarandë. Beautiful quiet area with the pool. Parking behind the fence, I was even allowed to put the car under the carport. Very helpful people, the lady even gave me fresh eggs in the morning. Be careful, supermarkets are only small corner shops that are relatively expensive and have little. Plan ahead with groceries.

Flora was so lovely! She offered to pick us up because it's quite a long hike up a very steep hill from the port ( we came from Corfu ) The outside spaces are absolutely stunning. There are mosquitos but Flora provides plenty of mosquito coils, I'd recommend bringing a repellent too then you'll be fine. We swam in the pool it was lovely we hung outside most of the time and loved it! Such a pretty space. There's even an outside shower for the pool area! Flora did lovely touches like flowers on the tables. We had replacement towels and linens delivered which was lovely. We felt very safe and secure there, there's plenty of locks and cameras. It's a little loud from the road and the views aren't overly picturesque. We had a room and bathroom each! It's great to have your own private space to use ( we went as 3 friends ) So it was absolutely perfect for us! Inside is traditional in style. The bathrooms are small and not luxurious. My room had lots of bugs but they didn't bother me.

Anxhela was a great host and her place was amazing for a stay. The pictures reflect the villa very well, which was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy, with Anxhela keeping in contact throughout the stay. The access to the sea is a highlight of this property, also the garden area outside was great. The pool was clean and we used it a lot. Location was brilliant, maybe a 10 minute walk away from the main street in Sarande. Would definitely recommend this villa and the host. A great stay.

The accommodation was very good, in a quiet location but close to the city center. Even if we don't speak the same language, the host was welcoming and responsive by message. Recommended!

Beautiful stone cottage in a stunning environment, with the perfect amount of remoteness. A short walk to the river and a spot by the bridge to swim and relax on a sandy shore. Kitchen items were all clean, as well as the rest of the house. Host was extremely helpful during our stay, especially with finding an appropriate parking spot at the end of the road as we couldn’t drive our rental car on the gravel driveway. Would highly recommend this stay, our favourite place in Albania!

Aleko was a very pleasant host and conversationalist. Homemade delicious Albanian home cooking was available in the evening and morning. The quiet ambiance and view of the all evening backdrop of the mountains was breathtaking. All in all a highly recommended trip to a quiet mountain area close to a wonderful river.

A very beautiful house in the countryside above Permët (hamlet of Lipë) with a magnificent view of the entire valley.

Miranda is very friendly. We got along with Google Translate. The house is well equipped. Quiet, there's a beautiful garden. Close to the center of town. Close to the river rafting and the whole mall. The mother brought the children on her own. The description of the house is accurate. There is help with what is needed

Sara is very friendly and helpful, didn't get to meet her but met her lovely mother. She welcomed us and even gave us some home grown vegetables. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean!
