Cozy little 2-room apartment with balcony

This is my apartment where I've lived for 2 years. It is a large studio with a separate bedroom, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the Salève mountain. It's a bright apartment on the top and 6th floor (so relatively quiet) of a condominium that's not at all aesthetic but with free private parking. It is a large studio ideal for 1 to 2 people maximum, passing through, who wish to visit the region or working in Geneva. This is my cocoon and I welcome you with joy!

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in new building

Comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor, in a new residence in St Julien en Genevois, very close to the train station and bus stop (Geneva is 20 minutes away) This is an apartment that I occupy year-round on weekdays so you will find personal belongings, groceries in the cabinets or the fridge... I always make sure to free up closet and fridge shelves but if you prefer a home dedicated to airbnb rentals, I recommend another place.

My place is good for people working/studying abroad in Geneva, my place is available for a couple weeks/months. Ideally situated in Geneva Old Town, you'll be able to have everything, restaurants, cafes, stores, bars, clubs etc. Lovely neighborhood with a lot of life and lot of history. Transportation is 5 min. walking from apartment. Apartment is situated first line in Geneva Old Town, so it can be noisy time to time.

Very comfortable appartement 67m, 15 minutes from Geneva by car and 25 minutes on a bus (ligne D), bus stop is 5 min walk. It’s perfect for all type of travelers (families with children, couples, single travelers, business travelers..). The apartment has all the necessary equipments for a comfortable stay. We spent 6 months in this charming cottage and I can only recommend this place. The place is quiet, clean and perfectly suited for a short or extended stay. 5 min walk to train station, 10 min to city center and Lidl and Grand Frais. Pascal was very welcoming and always available when needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. Great place for a quiet stay.

We had a great stay at Daisy's place! The flat is perfectly located within easy reach of UN organizations and all points of interest in central Geneva. The place was equipped with everything we needed, and shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment are all in close proximity. Excellent transit connections also offer easy options for getting to the airport and/or Gare Cornavin. Daisy was very engaged and responsive and provided all needed information in a timely manner. The flat experiences some street sounds, but definitely manageable. And the positive side is that you're in the heart of one of Geneva's diverse and vital neighbourhoods. Thanks for a great stay!
