Tamara's place was wonderful! In the living room was a binder with all the info you could wish for about the area and the BnB itself. The decor was very trendy, and the beds were so comfy! She even has wireless phone and watch chargers available, which was a life saver since I forgot mine at home! 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful neighborhood, very inviting and friendly! Downtown is very close ans super cute. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone wanting a relaxing, clean and safe home to rest your head. my kids loved it as much as I did!

This cute little house was well decorated, comfortable and CLEAN. The beds were oh so comfy. We took their recommendations and enjoyed the bars and restaurants they recommended. I would definitely rebook!

This was my first time renting a home. We stayed for 2 weeks. This home was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was perfect for our 3 young children also. There was plenty of storage, light options galore with dimmers, a security system on doors and windows. The view of the canal , boats going by, the big beautiful trees made it extra special. I really liked that Richardson’s canal house was a stones throw away. The restaurant and outdoor seating is just perfect. The bedrooms are large and well put together. The master closet had so much room for everything. Lastly, I really appreciated the wheelchair accessible ramp that lead to the wrap around porch and main entrance. It’s the perfect place to host a family gathering with the large dining room table, very large island with seating, a double oven, wine fridge. I could go on. Alexis was the best too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exceptionally clean, felt very safe, and was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure guest comfort. The layout of the home was spacious with an easy flow between rooms. The bedrooms were especially comfortable, with quality linens and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. We truly appreciated how well-maintained and organized everything was. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet retreat or just need a reliable and peaceful place to stay, this property delivers on all fronts. We were very happy with our stay at Kevin's house! He showed attention to cleanliness and comfort that we really appreciated. We were there for three nights and it was so nice having a place to go to in a good neighborhood to relax at the end of our busy days. All the amenities and space that we needed! The beds were clean and comfortable and each room provided some closet space which was much appreciated! We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area!

Chelsey’s house was roomy for 4 adults and very clean. Great outdoor space, and close to the wonderful restaurants and bars in Fairport. Chelsey is a fantastic communicator and offered to get us anything we needed since we were on a biking trip. Without hesitation, I recommend Chelsey’s home!

Great location for our needs; quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and squeaky clean! Clean in the sense that you don’t have to deal with air freshener odor or cleaning chemical odors; a big bonus for us. Jill is a great host with detailed instructions for everything from where to park to how to use the TV remotes. The apartment is well stocked and even the knives are sharp! We will definitely return again when we are in the Rochester area.

Josh's place is very nice and nicely located to go to Letchworth park, watkins glen and niagara. Mt morris is very quaint. Josh is very responsive and accomodating. If in Niagara-- u can go to whirlpool park. Follow gorge trail to bottom and incredible whirlpools right next to u, and no one else around.

A clean and comfortable apartment. They even had a few food items. A beautifully renovated apartment within a period house.

We had an excellent stay at Alexander’s! Perfect location for attending the Nitrate Film Festival, but also lots of food and cafes within walking distance too. The apartment itself is in a beautiful historic home and was very comfortable. We’d absolutely book a stay here again!

The house was just what we needed for a quick one-night stay. Overall a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The AC in the living room combined with the fan in the bedroom were adequate to keep us cool on a very hot night. It was a great value for the location and size (it's bigger than it looks from the outside!).

This was my fourth time staying at Michael’s place, which already is probably the greatest endorsement someone can leave here. And I’ve already booked for a fifth stay next year! Perfect space while staying in Rochester, zero complaints in four visits! Comfy bed, centrally located, easy check-in, great water pressure, no noise, five stars for everything!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

Everything was like the pictures. Host was very informative about nearby locations with parks and restaurants. Place was clean and felt cozy. Definitely recommend!

5 star place to stay if you're looking to get out in nature with a bit of night life too! Close to area trails and attractions. Bed was comfy, the home is clean with ask the amenities. Looking forward to returning!

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.

Great stay! Wonderful visit with 3 adults, we gave my mom the larger room and my sister and I stayed in the room with the trundle bed. The living room area was so nice to spend time planning our day or visiting together at the end of the day. Great walking to breakfast and dinner spots. The location will be even better when the renovations are done by the water. Parking was easy and a great home-base for visiting the manyFinger Lakes locations. My mom said the pillows were so comfortable! Great that there was a hair dryer and even a steamer if someone needed it! Many coffee and tea options in the kitchen.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
