Beautiful place! So serene in the middle of a national park. We enjoyed taking a stroll down to the beach every day, looking for wildlife and ultimately relaxing. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed! The area had a lot to offer and we checked out some of places recommended to us which we enjoyed. This area has a lot to offer without feeling touristy.

This place is SO MUCH nicer than what's allowed in the photos. Our host was very welcoming and communication was easy. The unit is right in the middle of the jungle, so we had all kinds of interesting and photo-worthy wild passersby. Despite being in a condominium the property seemed to have the right amount of isolation and privacy. And the beach !!!!, almost lonely, you arrive on a trail that you enter peace of mind to relax, I went with my 4 month old baby and it was very easy to access the baby car to the beach, you will find a lot of shade under the lush trees, which helped keep cool and a good rest from my baby. There are many restaurants in the area, and if you don't want to go out by a supermarket and shopping to prepare your meals, the kitchen is fully stocked, or you can walk on the beach at Villa Eleonor a local restaurant, arrive on time because it takes a little time to serve the food, We'll be back soon

Had a great stay. Friendly welcome and chatted in the evening, we were still allowed to use the swimming pool, especially for us the water sprinklers in the pool were turned on. Wonderfully woken up with tropical noises and fruits in the morning.

We spent two nights here. Everything was perfect. The accommodation had the necessities and by car it is located close to everything you will need. It was very quiet and the garden was beautiful. We would have liked to stay longer. Thank you again for this stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wow what a Gem! This condo is amazing and so luxurious! The jungle walk to the private beach was my absolute favorite to do in the morning. The pool is dreamy. Everything was stunning and squeaky clean in the condo. The beds were out of this world comfortable and any question I had Danielle and Gregory were always just 1 message away. 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The concierge was welcoming, and we appreciated for a hot shower and fresh towels. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It good to have coffee or tea for guest, and we were surprised to find there was no iron. Additionally, some house rules were unexpected, such as the prohibition on drones and no BBQs, despite them being shown in the photos. Although the balcony is shared with other guests, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves. The bar chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable, and there was only one patio chair for the two of us. We also felt a bit uncomfortable with the presence of several cameras on the property, including one right of our apartment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Ian's hotel is the perfect little spot in Dominical. Great location great pool great rooms. Great crowd. Ian himself is a cool guy and has fun plans to expand the place. Really looking forward to staying again sometime.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the hosts are friendly, the place is quiet, it has a swimming pool and is very close to the sea.

We loved the service, location, comfort, and many details that make the accommodation spectacular. It's for sale; if I had the resources I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Beautiful house with all the possible amenities. Refreshing soaking pool with friendly Iguanas hanging out nearby. The view of the ocean is stunning. Very close to town, yet completely private. We loved it and hope to come back soon! Mucho gusto. Thank you... Pura Vida

As others have stated, the pictures really don't do this place justice! You have both a private pool and relaxing balcony, along with a beautiful beach beckoning through the trees. It was the perfect place for our family of five to unwind. Each kid got their own bed upstairs while mom and dad had some privacy downstairs. Gregory was extremely helpful with friendly advice, local recommendations and was even willing to lend us a machete to open up coconuts. Our daughter enjoyed walking down the beach to the surf camps where she took a lesson, although I would recommend some good sandals or water shoes for the pebbled areas that are unavoidable at high tide. I would caution swimmers to be very careful at low tide -- we got caught in a strong current pulling us towards some scary rocks. I'd recommend swimming at high tide or further down the beach. Overall a spectacular stay at a rare find right on the beach. And Gregory was great host.

This location is outstanding! Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the property, the local hotel, and local wildlife!! We hope to be back! Thank you to Indra for your hospitality.

What you're going to find is much better than what you can see in the photos, the house and its surroundings are quiet and private... very comfortable, I definitely hope to return.

Where do we begin? Our stay went beyond expectations. We had a party of 5 private individuals and we each had our own place to sleep and relax. The pool, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and entire outdoor spaces were fantastic for enjoying one another also. The waterfall, creek, vegetation, and animals provided a truly Costa Rican experience! A resident sloth, some howler monkeys, coaties, iguanas, and agouties were some of the wildlife we experienced. Restaurants, shopping, zip lining, water activities are less than a mile away. Landon provided an abundance of information regarding all the activities Uvita and the surrounding area have to offer. We stayed 10 days and the complimentary cleaning mid week was greatly appreciated! Costa Rico stole our hearts and our amazing accommodations made it very difficult to leave.

My family stayed in Costa's house for a month and let me tell you, the photos simply don't do it justice....It was a 12/10 for us! The house is tucked high into the mountain side where its just you and nature (we saw macaws, monkeys, toucans, etc every day) with stunning views that make you not want to leave the place. The house has everything that one would need and more. All of the rooms are spacious and there's more than enough room for 10 people to lounge about. The drive up to the house is a lot of fun - but you definitely will want to have a 4X4 to reach it though as it is quite step in places. We would 100% return to this house over and over again!

This is a very special house. The decor just made us happy...a unique blend of modern concrete floors and counter tops and handmade rustic furniture, gorgeous art work and even a little deco thrown in. The location is brilliant, you can see the water in the distance and there are meters and meters of lush green pasture between you and the road. There is a fabulous small pool which is perfect for cooling down in (very) warm uvita. Excellent air in all the bedrooms. The main room is not AC-d, but this was fine with us. Everything cools down a lot at night. There is a small nice sandy beach in the front (not great for swimming as there are rocks farther out) and Natalia will tell you about a secret beach that is about a 15 minute walk away that is spectacular. No one was there while we were there and the beach is huge and perfect for body surfing. Wonderful pizza at Pizza Time and great meals at Aricari and Gusto (but Gusto is tricky to get to without 2x4). Loved every minute!

Big cabañas with AC, a pool and a shared kitchen which is great for communication and social contacts. Very nice hosts and family. Having a car is a plus due to the long road to the beach/supermarkt, but they rent bikes for a fair price, too.

Above all it was excellent We were surprised to arrive and see such a beautiful, tidy, organized and clean place, the pool is quite deep (about 1.70cm since I measure 1.47 and did not reach the bottom) Which is quite comfortable to swim at ease and dive for a while, the kitchen is very well equipped⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ With Victor I did not have to wait 2 minutes for him to respond, he always gave with the result of my inquiries, and Gabriela undoubtedly to some very kind and attentive to our needs, the place is just as in the photos, close to beaches and the place is very quiet to take a walk, go to eat, beach and even waterfalls(10 minutes by car) I recommend it quite a bit, in short we will come back some day⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything is very good and it's like in the photos and the atmosphere is also nice since there is a collision of cultures and you can get along well

We loved our stay! This condo is perfectly located between the path to the pools and the path to the beach. The condo was very clean and well equipped and looks just like the pictures. Great communication with the management company. There was security and it felt very safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful macaws in the tree right outside the hotel! The owners are a very nice family and live on-site for support if needed. The communal kitchen was actually kept very clean, and each room has a designated section in the fridge and a box for non-refrigerated foods. The communal space was a nice way to meet others in the hotel. It isn’t a very walkable area, but that’s Uvita in general, so I’d recommend having a car or renting a scooter in the town (the hotel has plenty of parking spots). I worked remotely while there and the wifi was good for video calls.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The photos honestly don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person. The home is spotless, beautifully designed, and in our opinion, has the best view in the entire complex. The host was incredibly responsive, and the video directions made getting there a breeze. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by howler monkeys and toucans—a magical welcome! We swam in the pool while overlooking the ocean, surrounded by lush nature and the sounds of the jungle. You just can’t beat that experience. Our kids were absolutely enchanted and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for something peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable, this is the place.

If we could give the Macaws 10 stars we would. This is the best AirBnB and one of the best accommodation experiences that we have ever had. Our entire vacation was great, largely because of the Macaws. Yes, the beds, location and rooms are excellent but what sets the Macaws out is the outdoor kitchen/dining area. For travellers who wished to hang out there to share stories, a meal, play a game, etc. it was the perfect setting. If you didn't want to, you could stay in your room like any other place and no one would bother you. The pool was also nice and refreshing. Finally, on a few occasions we saw big Macaws in the almond tree. Thanks Victor and Family!
