We are strategically located between the 3 most important shopping malls in the city (Alto Rosario, Portal Rosario and Paso del Bosque). I went to Rosario for the weekend for an event and needed a place to stay downtown for one night. The place is very nice and well-equipped, it is ideal for one or two people. It's comfortable, in a nice building. When I arrived everything was very clean, and everything even smelled like a very nice perfume. The shower works well, and the bed is comfortable. I haven't used the kitchen, but it was fully equipped.

I traveled with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the grill utensils a little, but nothing to worry about. An excellent home for a great stay. We'll surely be back

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It undoubtedly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something, is half and half, in this case it works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍

Excellent stay, good location. The bars, everything is close by. 100% comfort. I would come back a thousand times. Tomi is a very good host.
