The whole group will marvel at the spacious beautiful cottage That we rightly named“Shipshape Cottage.” Nestled in the heart of Navy Point. A very clean,tidy and a tribute to our great Navy and its personnel . Exciting news as we have added an outdoor shower that will be ready in March just in time for beach weather. Also, some upgrades on the inside.Navy Point boasts a playground , walking trail 2 1/2 miles around Grand Bayou, and boat ramp for the boaters all within 1/2 mile of the cottage.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and drier, and fully stocked kitchen . Located across from the Naval Air Station, where you can watch practicing Blue Angels from the deck and enjoy a beautiful, blue, calm water from the bay. The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
