Condo vacation rentals in Penonomé District

We really enjoyed our stay at Adriana’s condo. We were there for seven weeks and communication was always great with Adriana and her condo manager Martha. Any concerns we had were responded to immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, salt, pepper, oil, sugar and even coffee/tea. Lots of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The only thing in the kitchen was no hot water. Apparently there was a problem with the hot water and leaks in the kitchen. I just ended up boiling water for the dishes so not a huge inconvenience but hope it can be fixed in the future. There was hot water in the showers and sinks though in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The whole area is very safe and there is 24/7 security. Our favourite area was the outdoor balcony. We sat there most evenings and enjoyed the breeze. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and Adriana was very friendly and helpful with anything that came up.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, spacious and clean. The view is amazing and it has very good common amenities. It has two bedrooms, it comfortably fits four people or a fifth on the couch. David was very friendly and it was easy to get there and check in. Thank you!

The accommodation is super spacious, detailed, just as indicated. The kitchen was super comfortable and equipped with what you need for your stay.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The super well-equipped kitchen with quality items and all the appliances one might require. The place offers a diversity of options for enjoying the beach and sports.

The apartment is very nice, very spacious and nice bathrooms. Similarly, it has a spectacular view. I would say it's the best view in the whole complex, it's an apartment 10/10. It was very clean, tidy, and looks exactly like in the pictures. The host was quick to respond to our questions and is pretty friendly. It makes you feel like family. There are many activities to do inside the complex: water sports, swimming pool, restaurants, or going to the beach. So it's hard to get bored. For improvement (not for the apartment or for the host, but for the tourist complex where the apartment is located). The staff with the complex for access to pool and water attractions (extreme adventures) lacks touch and customer service training.

Mrs. Magnolia's apartment is great, it has everything you need to spend a few quiet days close to the beach, she was very kind from day one. Thank you for everything Mrs. Magnolia!

Everything is very nice, cozy and impeccable and with a very good location, the truth is we really liked Playa Blanca, I recommend it!

Recommended for renting, Tommy and Ana have everything in the apartment and are very detailed when it comes to passing on information for the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, I'll definitely be back. Thank you both

Our family of four had an amazing stay here! The place is beautiful, well furnished and equipped. The complex area with pools and the beach was a wonderful outside atmosphere! The complex was not busy at all so it was great to hang out at. We wished we could stay longer in this accommodation. Melvin and his wife were very friendly and communicative, allowing for easy check-in and out. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very cozy, it makes you feel at home. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and in comfort. Everything works perfectly, it's just like the images in the ad. Natalia is very kind, she gives you the attention you need and a little more, she was always attentive and provided us with important information about the area so that we could enjoy our stay much more. This was such great stay to be able to walk to the beach or use the pool. Lovely cabanas at the pool, or chairs available to sit outside by the beach. Local grocery very close and the rooms were comfortable, nice, and clean.
