Vacation rentals with beach access in Penonomé District

I liked the property, recommended, clean and everything organized and they are attentive to everything and it has a good location

The place is quite clean and equipped with the necessary amenities for any guest. The beach and pool area is very nice and clean, as well as being exclusive for guests/residents. There is a pool bar that is open during the day, the guests are very respectful. Definitely ideal for someone who wants to disconnect and be quiet with their family or partner. Veena was attentive to every question we had and communication flowed quite easily.

Great experience! The location, the view and of course the apartment itself. On Airbnb you very rarely find places that are exactly at advertised, but this place was even better than we expected. We'll surely be back.

We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Very good place, the house is comfortable, well-equipped, very clean and is located near both beach clubs (not walking distance, but it is close). The entire check-in process and instructions were super clear.

This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Our experience was good, the house complied with everything presented in the listing. The owner did her best to get the pool ready for our stay. We were the first to release it😊. It's missing some details, but I know they'll work it out. We would have liked the beds in the secondary rooms to be made of wood. In general, everything is good.

The house is very comfortable and is right on the beach. Ideal for children, families, and even couples. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely be back next year. Alexandra responds super quickly to inquiries. In addition, Carlos (the person in charge of the house) was attentive to all our needs, he is helpful and friendly. I fully recommend it.

The cozy house, perfect for a group of friends with their families, each room has its own bathroom and therefore we all had enough privacy. The spacious common areas are ideal for children, with all the amenities, the beach is super close... We'd go back

Her place is very private, super clean, homey and spacious. highly recommend staying with her. the location was absolutely perfect for our golf adventures and close to restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable market and a mini mart. We had an amazing time! We loved the apartment has everything we need and Aldo is an always available super host, super attentive and accommodating!! The place super comfortable and clean and the social areas quite fun! It was an excellent experience we will certainly come back!!

Everything is very nice, cozy and impeccable and with a very good location, the truth is we really liked Playa Blanca, I recommend it!

Kathy's apartment is just like the photos. Everything clean, everything in order. The well equipped kitchen. Super close to the beach. While it's true that the condominium needs better maintenance, Kathy's apartment makes up for it. I would stay in this apartment again.

Our stay in Rapha's apt was spectacular. The apartment is super comfortable to be with a family, it is very well equipped and very clean. They also have details that make you feel at home, like a baby chair, plates, glasses, etc. We loved the place, the apartment and the attention we received from Rapha! We had a wonderful stay at Malakai's apartment. The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish yet cozy, and it truly feels like a home rather than a standard vacation rental. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, right down to the full set of cutlery and kitchenware. The furniture and decor are far from the typical touristic setup—they're inviting, comfortable, and clearly chosen with care. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at ease. Highly recommend!
