The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. Nothing to complain about. Was very nice and clean. It‘s a huge apartment with 3 floors. No AC, but that‘s also stated in the details of the apartment. Just wanted to share that in case someone didn‘t read the details of the apartment. Ermanno was very responsive and kind. I can recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Celano.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and within walking distance of the center.

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Great place, lovely village

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.
