Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

A spacious sleeping area is highlighted by a large bed dressed in gray linens. A mirror hangs above a light-colored dresser, and soft lighting is provided by lamps on either side. Large windows framed in natural light overlook lush greenery, enhancing the serene setting.

This is a true lakefront house with incredible and relaxing views and fun activities like 6 kayaks, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, cornhole. The community has many other activities like bocce ball, basketball, frisbee golf as well as five beaches.
