Sinikka's place was incredible, we are so happy that we were able to stay there. The house felt very homey and we enjoyed the sauna very much! The location is perfect, away from the city center, with beautiful nature around and a bus stop to the city center or Santa's village 5 minutes away on foot. The frozen river is a few steps away, and we were able to go enjoy the aurora from there with little light pollution, what an unforgettable experience! There is a groceries shop nearby too. Sinikka was extremely helpful and reactive by message. I will recommend this place and host to anyone who wants to stay for a few days in Rovaniemi!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy house in Pello! Nestled near a serene lake, the location was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty. The home itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—including a variety of spices and food essentials, which was a lovely surprise. One of the most magical moments of our trip was witnessing the northern lights from the yard on our very first night. The sky lit up in a mesmerizing display, making our experience truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and supportive, always available whenever we needed anything. We also enjoyed the sauna, which added to the overall relaxation and charm of our stay. Everything about this place made us feel at home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and magical getaway!

We had a magical stay at Villa Hanhi, so much so we did not want to leave. Everything was perfect, the interior was warm and cosy. My eight year old daughter loved the sleds provided and the walking trails. The location is great and feels remote yet less than 10 minute drive has you in the middle of everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice place to stay. We stayed 2 nights 2 persons. Close to Tornio and Haparanda. It was quiet and good parking. Easy to find.

A lovely warm, welcoming house. The kitchen had everything you'd need for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family to relax.

We were 2 families with 2 children each there. The space was sufficient, everything was very clean, you felt immediately comfortable. The city was a 45-minute walk away, but buses also run regularly and the bus stop is only a few minutes away. The only small negative point, the pots were too small for 8 people. Otherwise, everything was generous.

We had a great time at this cottage. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is splendid. Very well equipped. We were 8 adults, the mezzanine is a little low for adults, 1.80 m on the highest part, but this is just a detail we enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. 10 min on foot from the ski slopes. Our host has always been very responsive and concerned about our well-being, and we thank him for this stay.

Good stay in Rovaniemi: accommodation matches the photos, garden and terrace, barbecue available. Large bright house and located in a very quiet area. Less than 10 minutes from the city center by car.

Loved our stay at Reijo's place. His neighbour Ella was available to help and showed us round, really helpful. We were 10 - 15 minutes from all the main attractions, so we're perfectly located. Reijo's place had everything you could ever need, which made it really easy! Even had loads of sledges for the kids which they loved! Couldn't believe how lucky we were to have the most magical stay here. highly recommend!

Relatively comfortable apartment. Maybe you could put anti-slip mats on the stairs to the loft. Plenty of space for 2 people. There was nothing missing from the kitchen. The store is 400m away. Various services next to the apartment. But it wasn't open at this time of year. There are trails nearby. We were mountain biking. There were good trails.

We felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished. The fantastically located and equipped sauna house is shared with the owners, which is absolutely no problem. The whole property is well maintained and is beautifully located on a large lake. The view over the lake with northern lights is unforgettable. Exceptionally friendly landlords who go the extra mile. Jukka gave us very good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

I love this place! Irma was so kind to me. Also, as someone who captures a lot of adventures with my phone and camera, I’m really grateful for the super-fast internet, it allowed me to upload my pictures to the cloud every day. The home is beautiful, and I’ll definitely choose it again

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The entire space was super clean and the atmosphere was cozy. There are good restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute drive.

The place was wonderful! We had a great time and the cabin was so cozy. Mari was super friendly and helpful, everything went very easy. :)

the house has everything you need and we really felt like home. Very nice interior and perfect kitchen. Everything very clean and of high quality. We saw twice polar lights on the terrace, so what do you need more for a perfect stay? Highly recommended !!

very nice house, warm. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. You can take a sauna and then go down the stairs and swim in the river. We saw the northern lights on the first and last day of our vacation from the cottage. The village of Santa Claus is only 30 minutes from the shawl as well as the town of Rovaniemi. Highly responsive host.

Jari’s cabin was lovely for a couple days. It was comfortable and matched the description well, and Jari and his son were extremely friendly hosts. We would come back!

Nice and peaceful place!

Beautiful secluded log cabin in the utmost tranquility in the middle of the Nordic forest. Everything important for a pleasant stay was available. Fireplace and sauna also contributed to the feeling of well-being. Recommendation!

The cottage matched the description, was well-equipped, and tidy.

Tidy up, sauna with good soft steam. Good sturdy bed to sleep. Clean linens.

Cozy cabin - we enjoyed our time and would love to come back one day! Perfect for skiing as there are multiple and quiete extensive skiing tracks very close by. And perfect hosts ❤️

perfect cabin! Clean, well-decorated, stocked with everything you need. The sauna is easy to use, pleasant for the return after a cold day. Wonderful location, in a forest but five minutes from the main road and a supermarket. There is no real village but there are restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended!
