Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Nicholas and his wife were lovely hosts. He was very communicative before our arrival, which was helpful because the parking was a little tricky. He met us and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It is very clean and simple yet lovely and comfortable. There were outside spaces to congregate on either side of the apartment. The location was convenient. He was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, and when to arrive places to miss crowds. We wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend in Moka, with such an amazing view, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and a very beautiful and comfortable home. The house is something else. Extremely clean, in a perfect spot, with everything you need and more. The house is perfect for a couple, has all the amenities and all the tools needed to stay, relax, cook and drink. We had such a great experience with the stay, the communication and the hospitality of Kathi and Ivan. The decor of the house is so cute, modern and comfy, all the details are so pretty that ir looks like you are looking all these amazing places from Pinterest! Well… we loved it too much!

Beautiful place and stunning view! Very private and the pool and surroundings were such an added bonus. The one thing we wish we did was rent a car because only a few restaurants are nearby and you have to walk on the main highway. But it was a wonderful stay and Vicky was great at communication!

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

My partner and I stayed there for two days. To ensure an extended visit, Stefano adjusted the check-in/out times so that we could enjoy the Airbnb a little longer. The location is fantastic and Monique is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!
