Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Jorge was very nice to us before we arrived. He told us how to get there and was flexible with the check-in, even though we arrived later than check-in time. He was also flexible with the checkout time so that we could enjoy the last day more. The apartment is 1 minute from the beach, and in a very nice and quiet area. It has air conditioning and all the amenities. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jorge for your hospitality.

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

We spent a week in Gandía and it was a good idea to stay in the penthouse. I went with a baby and they offered us a crib and highchair to make us more comfortable. The apartment is very nice and we were very comfortable. It's in a central area and close to the station, so it was comfortable to get there. This summer we'll spend another week in Gandía and we'll definitely be back.

The house is very well cared for and with everything you need in the kitchen, as well as in the bathroom and garden. The house faces directly to the beach, a very quiet area ideal for disconnecting. The shame is that we didn't have good time to be able to enjoy more. The owner is always very attentive that is to be thanked!. ☺️

Excellent apartment, with beautiful and comfortable outdoor areas (pool and garden) and with very good views. The accommodation matched perfectly what was seen in the photos, it was clean, it was comfortable, it had air conditioning for the heat and the bed was very comfortable. The host, Regina, is friendly, attentive, helpful and available. Totally recommended to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. A beautiful home with an amazing layout, clean, spacious, and an excellent location in the town. Parking for two cars in the garage also a massive bonus. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it's too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there's always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning products, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Accommodation as described! Stefan is very responsive and available! the cottage is really very close to all amenities! namely the beach and shops less than 2 km away! what to say about the tranquility and calm of the place! what happiness! We would highly recommend!!

Very nice accommodation to spend a few days, the decoration and amenities it offers with pleasure. Simple and cozy at the same time. Very clean and a good option to spend a few days in the area.

We went as a family and had a great time at Adelina's house. The house is very well equipped and very clean, we didn't miss anything. She is very friendly and responsive and has made it all very easy. The village of Ebo is very beautiful and peaceful. Hope to come back someday.

Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx
