Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house (former rectory) with garden, swimming pond and campfire place. We ourselves live separately in the basement. Völschow is 20km from Greifswald and about 50km from the Baltic Sea and Stalsund. The Peene, 5 km by bike, offers opportunities for paddling, swimming, solar boating. Klempenow Castle is 10km away, where you can paddle on the Tollense, drink coffee and enjoy culture in the castle.

Our farm is located between the towns of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollensetal. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike tours (including the ice age route) and paddle tours (Tollense). A swimming pool for swimmers is available at the Tollense in about 500 m distance.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

The Mecklenburg Lake District lies between Berlin and the Baltic Sea.In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. The Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, to unwind, to relax. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen an advantage.
