A beach house... on the beach. A comfortable house to be used in a relaxed way with the necessary conditions for a good vacation stay. Close to the center of the village, but far from the hustle and bustle, on top of the beach, the house is in a great location to relax, go for a swim in the sea or have a coffee in the village. In the spring, summer or fall, the island's mild temperature allows for the enjoyment of the beach. In winter, the beach remains a good reason for long walks.

Well-served area of local commerce (typical kiosks with regional products, mini market, restaurants, snack bar, pastry shop, bakery, tobacco shop and convenience store 200 meters away (Zarco Shopping). With local bus stop 150 meters away.
