The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
