My place is a beautifully renovated, stylish apartment in the heart of Pécs. Located on the 1st floor of a heritage building at the quiet end of the main walking street of Pecs. Austere interior furnished with all necessities, but nothing more; we provide the frame, you bring your story. Sitting on the window pane of the living room you can view the passersby on Kiraly street, while from the bedroom enjoy the quiet of the inner yard of the house. Ideal for couples but can host up to 4 guests.

Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Szeretettel várok mindenkit teljeskörűen felújított belváros közeli lakásomba. Az apartmanban Netflix és Disney+ streaming-előfizetések, illetve Wi-Fi biztosítja a kikapcsolódást. A konyha magasan felszerelt, lehetőség van főzni és sütni is. A belváros nagyjából 10 perc sétával elérhető. A közelben található kávézó, pékség, cukrászda, kisbolt, dohánybolt, drogéria, mosoda, konditerem buszmegállók és patika. Kisállat igény esetén hozható.

Modern, ízlésesen berendezett, (liftes) lakásunk Pécs csendes, egyetemi városrészében található. Közvetlenül a bejárattal szemben SPAR, a sarkon pékség, egy perces sétára több hangulatos kávézó, a buszmegálló alig 100 méterre található, a történelmi belváros kényelmes 10-15 perces séta vagy pár perc tömegközlekedéssel. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Frissen, stílusosan felújított apartman a történelmi belváros és az egyetemek (BTK, ÁOK) között félúton, 10 perc sétatávolságra mindkét városrésztől. Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
