Independent, in private property and family home (for 4 generations), exceptional calm. Accessible by a balcony, kitchen open to living room and dining room (2 sofas including 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed) in the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.
