Susi and Bruces place is nothing short of paradise. Bruce met us at the house to show us around and was extremely kind and accommodating. The photos don't do this airbnb justice of how absolutely serene and beautiful it is. The sounds of wildlife and the clear view of the lake are calming and relaxing, while the house has so many amenities, and special touches. We hope to return again, and spend longer in this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

Words cannot describe the view! And the beauty of this AirBNB is beyond compare. We had gloomy weather but it was still so beautiful listening to the sound of the rain and watching the clouds roll through the valley. Christine was a wonderful host: Even suprised us with balloons and flowers for our honeymoon (3years later due to Covid), it really made us feel special. Quick communication and care of making sure we enjoyed our stay. And that hot tub!!!! We really hope to be back. Thank you again

Our stay at Bastion cabin felt like stepping into a fairy tale! The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful, with so much charm and character. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful, almost unreal in how serene and picturesque it was. Collette had thoughtfully provided everything we needed for the firepit, and we spent a lovely evening enjoying it. There were also tons of board games and outdoor games that kept us happily entertained. One of the nicest touches was the fresh eggs left for us in the fridge. We had them for breakfast out on the gorgeous cabin deck, soaking in the view. We can’t wait to come back here again.

Janis was a wonderful host and was thorough with instructions right from the get go. The place itself is only 20 minutes from downtown Kamloops, but it's such an escape from everything else. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed in the little kitchen. Plenty of books to read and board games to play. We enjoyed the tour of the workshop and wished we had more time to spend. Their two dogs Cache and Dexter are friendly and well behaved. I would certainly want to visit another time.
