Amazing host is a nice home in the Ari area of Bangkok.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Friendly owner.... Quick respond... Have a nice small pool for chill out... It is close to Nana and Asoke BTS... walking distance to many Bar and restaurants.. Overall, it is wonderful for my 3 nights stay..

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

The apartment is great, as described, cosy but plenty space for 1 or 2 people. Wifi was good. The building is nice and clean, gym is small but has all the basics. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, cafes, salons, public transport etc. and very central, always easy to get cab when you need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive on Airbnb. My host at the apartment, Earth, was absolutely fabulous!! Any request I had he helped straight away. he went above and beyond and made the whole experience at the apartment seamless. So kind and thoughtful - thank you! Would happily recommend this apartment.

Responsive and helpful host, clean and big space for family stay

Host is very responsive and extremely friendly, you don’t have to hesitate to approach and ask questions as you know you will be greeted with friendliness. Place was amazing and it was worth every single cent, one of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!

I, my husband, and our 2 year old daughter had a wonderful stay in Pannarai's house. It is a very large space and a calming atmosphere. We especially liked the neighborhood, which was not touristy at all and walking distance to the hip Ari area. Pannarai was very helpful arranging airport pick up and drop off, and was always available via text.

Myself and my group had a fantastic stay at this property. Communication was excellent and all my questions were answered within a matter of minutes. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even recommending activities for us. The home was very clean and all the rooms were very nicely made up with fresh linen. Each bedroom had Aircon which was a great addition. The bathrooms were all very clean and shower gel/shampoo was even provided. The main living area is very spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking meals. The rooftop area was a brilliant addition and had very nice views of the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Bangkok in a nice local area with plenty of street vendors and restaurants nearby.

We had such a great stay at this place! The house is super nice—exactly like the photos, maybe even better. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels. You can tell the host really put thought into making it feel welcoming and comfortable. The host was also amazing—really friendly and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which gave us a bit more time to relax before heading out. It made a big difference for us. The location was also super convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Honestly, everything about our stay went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped, and stress-free stay with a lovely host. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area!

The place is nice but i would say not children friendly because the stairs is a bit scary because it doesnt have railings. Children might fall off. The hualumpong exit is a bit far. Better take a taxi. There is a short cut to going to the sam yan market, only takes 5 mins walk but you have to figure it out yourself by walking and asking the people around. Dont take tuktuk, they are overpriced!

Excellent host, very responsive. The place is literally 7mins walk to Khaosan Walking street. Grab gets there easily, 7-11 on both sides of the streets all 5 mins walk. Room was perfect no problems whatsoever, very smooth checkin, host even had a helper wait outside the alley to help with the bags. No complains whatsoever, very good place to stay near Khaosan Street

Located in a quiet, safe side street, close to all amenities. Local attractions only a 15/20 minute walk away.

We had a great stay at this cozy and spacious Airbnb! The place has 3 comfortable rooms and easily accommodated our group of 6 people. The host was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule – which we really appreciated.   The location is super convenient – just a 5-minute walk to BTS Bang Chak station on the Sukhumvit (Green) Line, making it easy to get to downtown Bangkok and other major spots around the city. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay in Bangkok!

Located in the city center, it is very accessible to great restaurants, shopping malls, and subways from anywhere. The host was always quick to respond in a friendly manner and kept our luggage safe until midnight.

Sani and her family are great hosts. The house is beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean. Everything has been thought of. After the first night Sani brought homemade sourdough bread and mangoes from her garden, which were absolutely phenomenal. Even when I got very sick, her brother brought me activated charcoal tablets and asked how I was doing. When I was hospitalized, her family supported me as much as they could. It was a heartwarming stay and I hope not the last - next time I won't be alone :)
