The house is very comfortable. On the ground floor there is a spacious and fully equipped living room - dining room. A very comfortable and spacious kitchen with a daily dining room. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and vanity. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom (toilet and vanity). Fiber optic wifi service and 40" LED TV Internal parking within the grounds.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful place with a dreamy view! A private room within an apartment. It has a double bed, closet! The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony with a grill, all for shared use and available to guests! It's very close to downtown I live in the apartment with my two dogs, they are very good. Note: access to the building has many stairs, not suitable for the elderly or people with limited mobility!
