Lovely house with nice patio :-) Centrally located in the old town of Fiano Romano close to the highway and Rome. Great restaurant just around the corner. Good shopping in the area. A place we'd love to come back to again: -)

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

Country house with garden near Rome

The Stocks BarnRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We left Rosa & Pino’s lovely Airbnb after a week’s holiday, where we were able to relax in private surroundings outside of an otherwise hectic schedule. With comfortable beds and a high standard of presentation throughout, it was a home from home. Though Rome itself is nearby, Capena is a great small, town to wander, with bars and places to eat. Within 10minutes there is a great archeological site / museum Augusteum. Highly recommended.

Totò's GreenVillage

VictoriaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The place is a single room but quite comfortable to spend the days, the lighting is very good, you have the TV with many programs if you feel like staying at home. Salvatore was always attentive and friendly, and allowed us to keep our luggage until after check-out. It was a good stay and super close to markets.
A well-equipped kitchen is showcased with wooden cabinetry and a light-colored tile backsplash. Essential appliances include a black oven, an induction cooktop, and a sink. Shelves display potted plants, while a neutral rug lies on the floor, complementing the warm tones of the wood.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Apartment in Fiano Romano" on the 14th of June, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. The property itself is incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The garden was a great bonus - great for our pet dog to stretch his legs. Emiliano, our host, was absolutely fantastic. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. He was always available for any questions we had, offering helpful local tips and ensuring that everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend “Apartment in Fiano Romano" to anyone looking for comfortable stay. Thank you, Emiliano, for making our visit so special!

Friendly, cozy community outside of Rome. Live like the locals in an active community. The unit is in good condition as described. Property management is very responsive and provides the necessary detailed information to settle in. Our favorite location during our vacation in Italy.
A view through a window showcases expansive hills dotted with olive trees, under a bright blue sky. The landscape features a mix of autumnal colors across the trees, with distant rolling hills visible in the background.

Ancient farmhouse above the Farfa Valley

Silvia's country house immediately appealed to us because of its very stylish decor, the mix of old and new, its naturalness, the beautiful view and the tranquility and privacy. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, you could sleep at night with the window open thanks to the mosquito screens. The large living and dining room was also very pleasant. We felt right at home. We have always been able to reach Silvia herself very well and received help and tips about the surroundings. The surroundings are very beautiful, the place poggio nativo itself is very quiet and does not impress with a lively atmosphere, but offers a supermarket that is easy to reach by car. However, there are many other places in the vicinity (~15 min) that offer restaurants & cafes. Small potential for improvement to the house would be: Not a sufficiently shady place outside at lunchtime (terrace greenery from above too holey, maybe an awning

Everything is great, I recommend installing an air conditioner for the arrival of summer because otherwise you risk being too hot.
