We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

We loved staying at this beautiful, cozy, lake house. It was roomy, clean, and has an amazing view of the lake from the back balcony. We made good use of the jacuzzi and fire pit. We did have to run to the store to get shampoo and body wash as those were not included. Overall, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and tidy. It was exactly as it was listed.

Sunrise Lakehouse had amazing views! House was clean, had lots & lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked, tons of family games, & beds were very comfy. The pool table & movie theatre was a huge hit. The hosts provided very detailed info & stayed in touch just to make sure everything was good. They responded extremely quickly whenever we reached out. Highly recommend this house to all those looking to spend some time in the area. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a wonderful time!

Staying at Jo's place was an absolute pleasure. The house itself was just as described and sits in a cozy area steps from Greenwood Lake. My fiance and I spent a week there and honestly felt as if it could be our second home. There was plenty to do at the lake where we swam, paddle boarded, and kayaked all around the beautiful water. Jo made sure that life jackets were provided for us and that they were the appropriate size which was incredibly thoughtful. She also gave us lots of recommendations for local places to eat and to see which was also very nice. Communication with her was top notch and was always comfortable. We will absolutely consider coming back to her beautiful home.

Thanks to Dustin & Lisa for a great stay - they were always reachable and even helped after we had checked out (one of our party had left some very important medication) Cabin was great, the peaceful surroundings and passing Deer were just what we needed. Very conveniently located for Warwick Bethel. We also visited Wallkill and Paterson Bethels too about an hour ish drives to each. One thing to mention that we’d of benefitted from an Iron - but cabin was stacked with all other appliances and conveniences. Thanks guys - appreciate everything and we’d happily visit again and highly recommend.

Christine's lakeside home was just as described - peaceful, beautiful and comfy. We enjoyed being right on the water, utilizing the gorgeous backyard area and dock. The extra amenities (kayaks, paddleboard, lifejackets, towels) were so appreciated! And everything you may need (or forgot!) is a quick ride away. Be sure the try Yesterdays Irish Bar, a quick 15 minutie drive - great food and service. There was no washer, so do ensure you prepare. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend fully!

Trisha’s place was the one that completely changed my perspective on air bnb, I really loved and enjoyed my entire experience as a whole. I’d definitely come back again thanks Trisha.

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Donna was a great host and gave very clear instructions. The lectures match the description perfectly and it is a wonderful little spot to spend a few nights in.

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

Dan & Jill’s home was beyond beautiful and comfy. It was very easy to find, private and felt safe. The inside of the home was more spacious than expected and extremely clean. The panoramic views from all windows was truly a treat. The hosts were very thoughtful and sweet. If you forgot to pack something, they most likely had it. Check in was smooth, stores/supermarket was a 3 min drive. 0 complaints and cannot wait to stay again!

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

We had a great stay at Erica’s. A beautiful location - serene and peaceful. The hot tub on the back deck, by the river and under the trees was really something special.

Very nice house, good fishing and wildlife nearby. A little closer to the neighbors than expected, but overall a great place and would love to come back

Julie was an amazing host! I felt that everything she had to offer was spot on! Greenwood Lake is a beautiful place and we wanted to stay longer! This place is a photographers dream! When we arrived check in was easy! The place was as described and clean! We can’t wait to bring our family back! Julie does have rules in place for check out that we followed and they were easy! I’m a firm believer in a host setting rules for people to keep their place in tip top shape and enjoyable for the next guests! We cannot wait to book with Julie again! Thank you so much!!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. This beautiful Cabin was just magical. We walked in and right away felt at ease and got the sense that we were on vacation. This home is beautifully appointed and has a sense of nostalgia with the original woodwork mixed with modern and upscale finishes. There was immense attention to detail in the atmosphere, and a flow to the home. I appreciated it very much. Our hosts were very responsive to all communication and we felt well cared for. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of coffee from a local roaster and we enjoyed it over the course of our stay. It rained the entire time we were there but it didn't put a damper on our stay at all as being inside this cabin was enough to keep us content. Great views of the lake were really great to enjoy from the enclosed sunroom. Thankful for the opportunity.

Loved my stay here, nice environment, peaceful , very beautiful but watch staircase I almost fell 5 times . But overall 9/10
