Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

Perfect space. Perfect staycation experience. Perfect host. The place is so clean and maintained. The aircon is in perfect condition. Bed is of high quality and you can easily fall asleep. There's umbrella you can borrow just in case you'll need it when you go outside. All furniture almost brand new. We will surely book again when we travel back to Manila. Highly recommended!

The place was so cozy, clean, and well-organized. The host, Florencio has been always so responsive even at night. Both my husband and I, and also my dog enjoyed a lot staying there. Definitely recommend his spaces!

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

Very communicative and attentive host – Marianne personally checked me in at 2 AM, which I really appreciated. The room is extremely comfortable, with a high-quality bed and a large 50-inch TV. Highly recommend!

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

My friends and I stayed here for our boards exam (5 pax). The host was very responsive and accommodating to our queries prior to booking. The location is really convenient and accessible to the testing site, and the neighborhood has convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants nearby. Self-check-in and check-out was easy. The unit itself was as advertised in the photos. It was spacious and clean when we arrived. The area was also quiet, away from the city noise, so it was perfect for our stay. We loved our stay, and we definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

Beyond the surprise, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience was just fantastic. My wife and son loved it. The place was really beautiful and it was well decorated. It was also very clean, has everything you need, and makes you feel at home. The overall vibe of the unit just makes you feel comfortable during the stay. It’s also walking distance from the malls and other establisments. We also have to commend the hosts for being very easy to communicate with from booking until checkout. They provided very clear and detailed instructions for everything that we have to do and need to know. They even have pdf files for it all. Very helpful! Would definitely love to go back here. Easily the best place I’ve stayed in!
