Enjoy a good experience at this centrally located place. The neighborhood is Lagoa Nova, very residential, quiet, close to the city's main traffic thoroughfare, where you can quickly reach the city's largest malls, bars, restaurants, and have easy access to the beaches. Convenience store just across the street. 120 meters from one of the entrances to UFRN, 7 km from Ponta Negra, 900 meters from Natal Shopping, 3.8 km from Shopping Midway. The building has an elevator and is newly built. Very safe.

This is a new apartment in a new building. Everything was very well designed and works very well. Check-in/check-out is automatic and super easy and practical. The location is close to many restaurants, coconut sales, food trucks, the artisan fair, but it is far enough away not to suffer from the noise. The descent to the beach is three blocks plus a ramp. It is easy to access, but it is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties. The apartment is accessible, with an elevator. Very clean and organized. Good air conditioning, good shower, lots of light because the land next door only has vegetation. I would stay again.

A beautiful apartment with very good views, close to everything, very nice restaurants and two blocks from the sea. The only drawback I had was the descent to the beach, which was very steep for my taste and worse to climb, since I have a problem in my leg. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Rebeka's service was excellent in all aspects. When I needed her, she was there. I recommend it a thousand percent. Taxi stops in front and everything you need.
