Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Calma Ilios

Calma is located in Naoussa, this traditional fishing village with the largest fishing fleet in the Cyclades. It is located on the northern coast of Paros, with one of the most picturesque harbors flooded with fishing boats at its center. Picturesque alleys and the Venetian castle on its beach, the so-called Kastelli, illuminated at night, give a magical touch to the whole scene. The sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi is a 7-minute walk.

It is a fully autonomous rural guesthouse aged since late 19th century, yet very recently refurbished, which was named after the hand-made Cycladic dovecot built on its rooftop, which is considered today of extreme rarity in the entire island.
