Communication with the owner was quick from the beginning, he was very helpful in answering my questions regarding check-in. The location of the apartment is good, there are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby; the guest can do small tasks and have access to the beach without the need for a car.

The stay with Lenícia was great! She was super helpful and volunteered to assist with everything that was needed, including great tips, as I was moving to Natal. Organized, clean and functional location. I recommend it.

I loved Jobson's apartment, super careful, all new utensils and working perfectly. Well located, close to everything, it is not far from Ponta Negra, 10 min drive. Communication with the host and check-in flexibility were a 10.

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great, always responsive, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to Morro do Careca! The air-conditioners worked very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty getting around, it can be a point to note. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!

Quiet and very pleasant environment, we went with our 7-year-old and 1-year-old children, full kitchen not only related to appliances but also to useful utensils and accessories for the stay. You can literally go with just your bags and shopping because the rest has everything in the apartment🤩.

Beautiful place and super close to the beach. We will definitely return! The only problem we had was a leak because there was a day that it rained basically the entire day. Other than that, the stay was perfect. The balcony is sensational!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

We stayed from Sunday to Saturday, and we could see how quiet the neighborhood is. And also close to everything, the flat is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out are very fast and practical, the concierge is 24 hours and the guys are very polite. Only the internet left a little to be desired, but the rest made up for it!
