The 60 m2 apartment equipped with 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, smart TV with flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge. In winter you can enjoy a magnificent fireplace inside the house. Parties and events are not allowed. It is forbidden to play music at a high volume as it is a residential and very quiet area.

Lovely home with pool

This home is perfect for families with kids or groups. Fully equipped and thoughtfully decorated. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' rest's rest, so unfortunately reservations are not allowed for people under 25 years old. Thank you!
