There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Private annex space with own entrance; large and spacious bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated en-suite. Space to relax and unwind with a large sofa. Access is through a utility space where you’ll find a sink with hard running water & a fridge. Access straight onto shared garden.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
