The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Capacity for up to four people or two people plus two suitcases. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea. Completely refurbished apartment on the ground floor of a building, typical of Gràcia. Located in a quiet street but in the center of district. You can go all the little streets full of shops and bars and at some point be in their house with all the tranquility of a pedestrian street. Air conditioning. It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a loft and two single beds, two bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bar type salón. One terrace to take a good breakfast.
