Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Park City

This was a great rental for our time in Park City! We loved being able to walk to Main St. It was very clean and nice!

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Lien's place! Tons of amenities, tons of places to eat and shop right in the Newpark area. We especially like not being in the hustle and bustle of Park City, but at the same time we were only a 10 minute drive away. We are excited to come back to the area and we will be renting Lien's place again if we can!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. This place was just what we were looking for. It was close to the places we wanted to go, it was clean, quiet and peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful home. One positive is how open the large kitchen is to the dining room and living room area so we could all gather together. One comment to know is that the two bedrooms on the top level, one I believe is the master and one is a large guest bedroom, they have a shared Jack and Jill, huge master bath. Although it is very large and has two huge walk-in closets, it is shared. The views are beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck. It is 2 miles from park city Main Street. I would stay again.

This place was great! We would definitely stay here again next time we come into town. Very close to the Canyons side, which we prefer, and close to Whole Foods, etc. There is public transport if you prefer but we chose to drive to the free parking lot at the Canyons. House was just as expected and added bonus that they had a hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

This was a perfect choice for our visit to Park City. Local and walkable to restaurants on the main drag of Main Street. The place was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts always responded extremely fast and we would definitely rebook this location!!

For our party of 6 (with toddlers), an Airbnb was essential for our trip, and this home was perfect. We loved the variety of beds to choose from, which really helped with our toddlers’ sleep needs. The house was beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which we appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meals easy, and having a washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Karl and Jamie were great at responding quickly to any questions we had and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing time with our family—thank you for allowing us to create such wonderful memories to kick summer off!

Can only echo all the 5* reviews. What a lucky find for us and sorry we only stayed one night and didn’t get more time in this fabulous house. The most high spec AirBNB we’ve ever had but still super comfy, spotless and homely. GREAT shower. Thanks for hosting us.

Adrian’s place was a true Salt Lake City staycation find. The home was big, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. You truly feel like a celebrity staying here. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

Cal and Thurm were exceptional hosts. Their Airbnb exceeded expectations and looked even better than the photos—something that’s quite rare. The property was meticulously maintained, well-stocked, and offered a modern, comfortable atmosphere with stunning views. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future. My daughter and I booked this as a space for her to experience Utah spring snowboarding and see what the area would be like for a potential move down the line. She was able to feel at home, navigate the area well with the convenient bus system to get to and from the mountains and town. She enjoyed having a full kitchen area, washer and dryer and said the views from condo were beautiful. Ingrid communicated clearly and helped me as a mom feel comfortable knowing my daughter was in a clean, safe easy to navigate area.

The pictures made it seem a bit bigger than it was but it was still very comfortable and met our needs! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It’s a little complicated to get in but the instructions were very clear, I just had to refer back to them many times! The hot tub is in a weird location and it closed at 9pm. There were plenty of towels and we all loved the smell of the body wash haha! The host was responsive and answered my questions and overall we had a great time and are so grateful we got to spend time together there! Thank you!!

My wife and I stayed here for a long ski weekend without kids. It was very nice - super close to the stairs to get onto quittin time and ski down to town lift. The condo was very clean and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again.

Fell in love with this airbnb! It is in such a great location just up the hill from the main street of Park City. Yes, there are stairs is you're walking to and from the main shopping district but it's hard to imagine a more convenient and accessible location. Beds were super comfy and the hot tub was a great perk for the cooler evenings. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town.

This place was very nice, it looked just like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable. The resort had a lot to do, unfortunately we were there in the off-season right before a lot of things opened for summer. I think it would be a really fun/active place in the summer and definitely during ski season. Scott was a great host! There were a couple of SNAFUs that were not in anyway his fault, but he was super responsive and worked quickly to try and resolve them for us. Honestly, one of the best hosts I have ever worked with.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.

So peaceful and a great location to do a little or a lot. The home was very comfortable, well furnished and the hosts were helpful and responsive.

Our stay at Matt’s was amazing. Everything was perfect. We had the pool to ourselves, it was peaceful and beautiful and the space was perfect for making breakfast in the morning and everything else we needed. The only problem we had was getting inside. I think there was a miscommunication between the host and the hotel front desk, the front desk said that we weren’t in the system and he didn’t see our reservation for the room, but after contacting Matt, he called in and got it delt with very quickly. So we appreciate him taking the time out to call the front desk and help us out. Other than that everything was awesome!
