Take It Easy - la petit is located on 1/2 acre

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

New 2 Bed 2 Bath Historic Area

Located in the historic district and only blocks from downtown, this new construction duplex will impress from every angle! The luxury vibes are present from the kitchen to baths! The open concept floor plan makes it all even better. One bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs. One full bath downstairs. The primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bath, is located upstairs. Private parking as well. You will have access to the entire duplex on south (left) side.

Cottage at the Whistle Stop

Come visit the farm! We live on our 1937 family farm on 6.5 acres with our chickens and horses, Cosmo and Cricket. Guest love our country setting, great views and a fun place to visit even though we are in town. The many song birds make the sounds enjoyable as you sit on the front porch. Gentle breezes, trees, lots of fresh air and sunshine, a pond for catch and release fishing, and the Northeast Texas Trail for biking and hiking is just outside of our gate.
