Located 20 minutes from the mythical 24h circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo de la Flèche, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours and Laval 1h. In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.
