Huge apartment with amazing views over the sea and up to the moorish castle. Looked exactly like the photos. Lisa was so friendly and helpful when we met her and she also answered any queries almost immediately prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend to all

Great stay in a nicely designed apartment with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace is a very nice addition where we could catch some sun and have breakfast as the place itself is a bit dark but probably offers a cool retreat on hot summer days. The narrow staircase to the 2nd floor (bedroom) might be a challenge for people who are not very mobile or for carrying bigger luggage. All in all we had a great time at La Quinta and would highly recommed it for exploring the area as it is close to the train station.

Cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for our needs. Anabela was a great host! Be prepared for some narrow streets in the neighborhood but we got used to them pretty quick. Be sure to walk around Penedo at sunset - beautiful!

Perfect stay. Super responsive host. The pictures don’t do it true justice. Everything you could possibly need especially if you have kids. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. The shed full of kids toys was amazing for my toddler. Walkable to the beach and some fab restaurants. Lovely bathrooms and modern bathrooms. It is directly opposite the train station so you do hear the train frequently. Didn’t bother us as it’s quite a relaxing sound in my opinion. Overall perfect location to get to Cascais and Lisbon easily. Lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Be aware the sprinklers come on every few hours if you’re sat outside. Cute little bbq to. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Carlos was a thoughtful and responsive host, and we especially appreciated the lovely fruit basket waiting for us when we arrived such a kind and welcoming touch. Thank you, Carlos, for helping make our trip even more enjoyable 🙂

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

L’appartamento è ubicato in una posizione molto tranquilla di Sintra ed è equipaggiato di tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno degli ospiti. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato proprio di fronte all’ingresso. Patricia è una persona davvero socievole e disponibile e ci accolto con molto calore. Davvero una bella esperienza ☺️

A great apartment for a wonderful stay in Carcavelos. Maria is a lovely person & great host. The apartment is in a perfect location, 2 minutes from the train station. Just a tip, if you're coming from Lisbon make sure you turn right out of the turn style and head out of the exit towards R Dr Marquès de Mata. If you turn left you come out by the bus stops. This way leads you down to the beach. There is a good supermarket just across the road from the apartment and cafe/coffee shops close by. The walk to the beautiful beach is only 15 mins along a tree lined path. Then you can walk along the front to the fort in about 20 mins. If you want to walk to Cascais, it's best to first catch the train to Sao Joao do Estoril. Then there is a path all along the seafront. I'd definitely invest in a navegante card & use the zapping feature. It's cheaper and allows so much flexibility with all transport. I can't wait to come back and would love to stay again in Maria's apartment!

If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of staying in Lisbon, this is a perfect spot. It’s about a 20-30 min drive to Lisbon but it’s worth it. The beach is fab, so you have to go if you visit during the late spring or summer. The hosts were helpful, Margarida especially. Ask for recommendations for food or clubs and she’s got your back. Friendly tip, for traveling to the airport, leave earlier than later due to traffic (depending on the time).

If you want to enjoy the nature of Portugal, feel the ocean breeze, and be amazed every day by the incredible scenery visible from the balcony, the kitchen, and the bedroom — this place is definitely worth your attention. Every time you look out the window, you’re met with a breathtaking view that photos simply can’t capture. Some advantages: the location is excellent. If you’re planning to explore the nearby beaches, this apartment is perfect. If you’d like to visit Lisbon, it’s also very convenient — you can take a reasonably priced taxi or a train, which is also very easy. There are supermarkets nearby where you can get groceries, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal — all within short distance from the apartment. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung! Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und sich zurückziehen. Wir hatten viel Privatsphäre und konnten sogar später auschecken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und man kocht da gerne. Der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man noch frische Kräuter und Gemüse nehmen durfte zum kochen, war ebenfalls ein highlight. Petter ist ein toller Host und ich würde wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in São Pedro do Estoril! The house was clean, comfortable, and the location is fantastic: a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, and with easy access to public transportation for exploring Cascais and Lisbon. Maria do Céu was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist grosszügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung (3. Stock) ist mit Aufzug erreichbar. Es ist alles in der näheren Umgebung (Bahnhof, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand). Eine Strandpromenade mit mehreren Restaurants führt bis Cascais. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in haben sehr gut funktioniert. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The hosts couldnt have been more communicative! So helpful and clear and gave us lots of good recommendations. Grounds were lovely, as was the apartment. The actual neighborhood on the port side was ok, the other side was nicer. So nice to have the nespresso coffee pods and sugar for the mornings. 5 out of 5

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa do Mar hat in jeder Hinsicht perfekt gepasst. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten vom Strand, der Busstation den Restaurants und dem mercado entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alles blitzsauber angetroffen. Im hübsche Garten kann man bestens verweilen und die Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein cœur du quartier historique d’Alfama, avec ses ruelles pleines de charme et l’ambiance authentique de Lisbonne. L’hébergement est parfaitement conforme aux photos : propre, lumineux, confortable et bien équipé. Pedro a été réactif et amical tout au long du séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Lisbonne !

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

Ana and her partners are wonderful, charming, welcoming hosts. Throughout the entire process from booking the place to check-out, the hosts were available, attentive, informative and above all, kind and pleasant. The property looks just like in the pictures, clean and beautiful, with attention to detail. The view from the living room window is spectacular and the neighborhood has good restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and convenient transportation. Everything we wanted or needed was in the apartment and everything was tastefully decorated. The sofa is also very comfortable for those who want to sleep in the living room, the bedding is clean and pleasant. Lisbon was good to us and Ana and her partner are a big part of the welcome, experience and enjoyment of the place. We highly recommend the apartment and the hosts, if we return to Lisbon in the future, we will definitely want reserve the apartment again.

This is a lovely well equipped 2 bed apartment in the Bairro do Rosario suburb of Cascais. Communication with the host was excellent and the garden and pool area are a real bonus. It is a 15 min walk to de Inferno and a good 35 min walk into the centre of Cascais. However there are bus stops close by to the apartment which have regular timetables. There are a number of lovely restaurants close by at Casa de Guia, and the Ophelia cafe on the next street is lovely for breakfast whilst the sacolinha bakery at the end of the street is excellent. The small supermarket at the end of the street is good for small amounts, the large Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away has a much larger selection. A very relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our 8 days at Joaos apartment. it is equipped with everything you need - fully functioning kitchen, clean oven, dishwasher and washer- dryer. There were always dishwasher tablets, washing powder, coffee and so on. The owners really put a lot into this place and make it comcomfortable. Its walkable to most of the places (train station, beach, promenade). Thank you
