Echoppe – Old shop with private garden

A former shoemaker's shop renovated into an apartment, ECHOPPE is located on the square in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (1.5 hours from Bordeaux/1 hour from Perigueux). With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, accessible garden, and parking, it's the ideal place to explore the village. Just steps from restaurants, markets, a river beach, and more, staying at ECHOPPE means experiencing the rhythm of the village, enjoying strolls along the waterfront, and aperitifs under the lime trees.

Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
