!!! Garage only for cars up to 1.9 m in height and 4.7 m in length !!! The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing terrace with views of the mountains and sun from early in the morning to the late afternoon. The apartment is super quiet away from any road traffic or other noise. The chewy waterfall is only a few (albeit steep) minutes walking distance from the apartment. Shopping is very close to the village center. Except for the garage (note dimensions) there is no parking space.

The apartment is right in the middle of the city center, opposite the theater, 200 meters from the thermal spa and the Christmas market. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of a living room with an open fireplace. A private garage is also included in the price. 50€ one time per stay including pre- and final cleaning, towels and bedding!

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
