Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or with low chassis. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the ascent is only done by hiking, which takes about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

We live within the outer bounds of the National Parc des Ecrins. The biggest National Parc in the Alps in Europe. Our region is called "Le Champsaur" Ideal for hiking, biking, trekking, canoeing. New chalet for up to 4 people, all comforts located in a small mountain village Le Rivier d'ORNON 10 km from BOURG d'OISANS. (Latitude 45.030284 Longitude 5.973703). Close to Alpe d'Huez (23 km) and Les Deux Alpes (30 km). Shops in BOURG D'OISANS (10 km). Small quiet village, ideal place for cyclists and hikers. Family ski resort 3 km away (ski slopes, cross country skiing and snowshoeing).

Charming 45 m2 cottage, completely renovated, all comforts, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
