Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or with low chassis. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the ascent is only done by hiking, which takes about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

We live within the outer bounds of the National Parc des Ecrins. The biggest National Parc in the Alps in Europe. Our region is called "Le Champsaur" Ideal for hiking, biking, trekking, canoeing. Family ski resort 3 km away (ski slopes, cross country skiing and snowshoeing).
